Pet Shop Boys announce U.K. arena tour

Synthpop duo Pet Shop Boys are set to perform four sold out gigs at the Inner Sanctum at the Royal Opera House in London this week, and today they revealed plans to return to the U.K. early next year.

This tour will find the outfit headlining arenas across the region. This venture will start on February 18 inside Leeds' First Direct Arena, and it will make stops at England's Manchester Arena (February 19), Barclaycard Arena (February 24), and Bournemouth International Centre (February 26). The tour will also make stop inside Scotland's Clyde Auditorium (February 21) and Edinburgh Playhouse (February 22). Fan club pre-sale tickets for this trek will go on sale tomorrow (Wednesday, July 20) at 10 a.m. Tickets will be on sale to the general public this Friday (July 23) at 10 a.m.

Pet Shop Boys will embark on their North American tour on October 21 at The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in Las, Vegas, Nevada. Tickets for this trek are on sale right now. Prior to this trek, the outfit will perform at the BUE Festival in Buenos Aires, Argentina on October 15. Other acts slated to perform at the two day festival include The Flaming Lips, Iggy Pop, The Libertines, and Wilco.

Pet Shop Boys are touring in support of their latest studio album Super, which topped the Dance/Electronic Albums chart.
