PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY AS THEY GOVERN YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE TICKET AND CONTAIN A BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVER PROVISION BY WHICH YOU GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT INDIVIDUALLY OR AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTES RELATING TO THE TICKET OR THE SPECIFIED GAME OR EVENT FOR WHICH IT IS ISSUED.

2.	This ticket is a revocable personal license, and the holder of this ticket, on behalf of the holder and any accompanying minor or legally incapacitated adult, including a minor or legally incapacitated adult holding a separate ticket (individually and collectively, the "Holder"), agrees to be bound by all of its terms and conditions. The Holder agrees that this ticket license is subject to these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions established by the Los Angeles Lakers and/or its affiliates (the "Team"), the National Basketball Association and/or its affiliates (the "NBA"), and any operator of the arena or related arena grounds (including, without limitation, parking areas and entry gates) (the "Arena") at which the event or any surrounding activities (in whole or in part) for which this ticket is issued (the "Event") is held (collectively, all such additional terms, "Supplemental Terms"). Supplemental Terms include any health and safety requirements and other terms, as may be updated from time to time, set forth at the following URL: https://www.nba.com/lakers/tickets. By acceptance and/or use of this ticket and/or entering (or seeking entry into) the Arena, the Holder is deemed to have read all such terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

3.	Due to the uncertainty related to the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, collectively "COVID-19"), this ticket and the Holder’s admission to the Arena are subject to all security, fan conduct, safety and health requirements and policies put in place by the Team, NBA, and Arena, including any requirements relating to facemasks and/or enhanced health screenings (which may include a requirement that the Holder, and any person for whom the Holder obtains a ticket or is in the Holder’s party, be tested and/or vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to the Event) and those policies and requirements described in the Supplemental Terms. Such policies and requirements as they may be updated from time to time (in the sole determination of the Team, NBA and/or Arena) and as they may be communicated to the Holder prior to or during the Event (whether orally or in writing) by, for example, instruction provided by Team or Arena personnel or signage in or around the Arena, are collectively referred to below as the "Safety Requirements". The Holder acknowledges and agrees to comply with the Safety Requirements (including all requirements that must be satisfied prior to or during the Event) and all applicable laws, policies, orders, protocols, and guidelines issued by federal, state, and local authorities respecting COVID-19 and other communicable diseases (collectively the "Applicable Laws"), and attendance at the Event is conditioned on such compliance.

4.	The Holder agrees, on behalf of the Holder and Holder’s Related Persons (defined below), that the Holder and such individual will not attend the Event if, within the prior 14 days, any such individual has tested positive for COVID-19 or, unless fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ("CDC")), any one or more of the following is true on the day of such Event:

•	Within the prior 14 days, any such individual was exposed to someone who has tested positive for, COVID-19;

•	Any such individual must isolate or quarantine on the day of such Event due to COVID-19 as required by Applicable Laws;

•	Within the prior 48 hours, such individual has experienced symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g., a fever of 100.4⁰F or higher, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking, muscle pain/achiness, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, new confusion, bluish lips or face, inability to wake or stay awake, persistent pain or pressure in the chest, or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19 identified by the CDC ("COVID-19 Symptoms")); anyone who is fully vaccinated but experiences any of the COVID-19 Symptoms identified above within the 48 hours prior to the Event should nevertheless consult with a healthcare provider and receive a negative test result for COVID-19 before attending; or

•	Within the prior 14 days, such individual has traveled to a state or international territory identified by federal or applicable local governments as being subject to travel or quarantine advisories due to COVID-19.
5.	To ensure that all Event patrons agree to, and comply with, all Safety Requirements and all other NBA, Team and Arena rules, this ticket may not be resold or offered for resale on any platform other than a platform expressly authorized by the Team or the NBA. This ticket must not be resold or offered for resale at a premium as prohibited by any federal, state, or local law or regulation. It is unlawful to sell or purchase tickets on Arena property or adjoining property without permission as required by City of Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 42.03. Violation of this ordinance or the resale of tickets in violation of state law (Penal Code Section 346) may result in fine, imprisonment or both. Resale or attempted resale of this ticket in violation of applicable law is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. Without limiting the foregoing, any transfer of this ticket to any person who fails to satisfy any Safety Requirement (including pre-Event requirements established by the Team or Arena) may be voided by the Team and this ticket cancelled. 

6.	ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY (IF ANY) IF ADMISSION IS REFUSED OR REVOKED, OR THE EVENT IS CANCELLED AND NOT REPLAYED, IS A REFUND OF UP TO THE TICKET’S FACE VALUE SET BY THE TEAM (THE "FACE VALUE"). IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TEAM, NBA, OR ARENA BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES BEYOND THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKET, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AMOUNT PAID IN EXCESS OF FACE VALUE FOR THIS TICKET.

7.	The date and time of the Event (and the opening of the gates) are subject to change by Team, NBA, and/or Arena, in their sole discretion, and no such change shall entitle Holder to a refund or any other remedy if Holder cannot attend or for any other reason. Holder may be relocated in the sole discretion of Team or Arena, and no such relocation shall entitle Holder to a refund or any other remedy.

8.	The Holder agrees not to transmit, distribute, misappropriate or sell (or aid in transmitting, distributing, misappropriating or selling), in any media now or hereafter existing, any description, account (whether text, data or visual, and including (without limitation) play-by-play data), picture, video, audio or other form of exploitation or reproduction of the Event. This ticket may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, gambling or gaming activities, without the express written consent of the Team and NBA.

9.	Breach of any of these terms, failure to comply with Safety Requirements or NBA, Team and/or Arena rules, or the refunding to the Holder of the Face Value, shall automatically terminate any rights that the Holder may have hereunder; shall render illegal and unauthorized the Holder’s use of the ticket for any purpose; and shall authorize the Team and/or the NBA to withdraw the ticket, refuse admission to the Arena, or eject the Holder from the Arena, without refund in each case, and subject the Holder to all legal remedies available to the NBA, Team and/or Arena.

10.	THE HOLDER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 EXISTS IN ANY PLACE WHERE PEOPLE ARE PRESENT AND THAT NO PRECAUTIONS (INCLUDING THE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS DESCRIBED ABOVE) CAN ELIMINATE THE RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19. COVID-19 IS AN EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH. WHILE PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND HEALTH CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY COVID-19, CERTAIN CATEGORIES OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED BY PUBLIC HEALTH AUTHORITIES AS HAVING GREATER RISK BASED ON AGE AND UNDERLYING MEDICAL CONDITIONS. THE HOLDER OF THIS TICKET VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH), SICKNESS (INCLUDING ILLNESS AND OTHER RISKS OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19, OR OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS, OR A BACTERIA, VIRUS OR OTHER PATHOGEN CAPABLE OF CAUSING A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS), LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED OR CONFISCATED PROPERTY, AND ALL OTHER HAZARDS ARISING FROM, OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO, THE EVENT (INCLUDING COMPLYING WITH THE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS), WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT, HOWEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER BY NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.

11.	On behalf of the Holder and the Holder’s Related Persons (defined below), the Holder further hereby releases (and covenants not to sue) each of the Released Parties (defined below) with respect to any and all claims that the Holder or any of the Holder’s Related Persons may have (or hereafter accrue) against any of the Released Parties and that relate in any way to (i) exposure to COVID-19; (ii) entry into, or presence within or around, the Arena or the Event (including all risks related thereto) or compliance with any protocols or Safety Requirements applicable to the Event; or (iii) any interaction between the Holder and the Holder’s Related Persons, on the one hand, and any personnel of any of the Released Parties present at the Event, on the other hand, in each case whether caused by any action, inaction or negligence of any Released Party or otherwise. Holder understands that the foregoing release discharges the Released Parties from any and all liability or claims Holder or Holder’s Related Persons may have against the Released Parties with respect to but not limited to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, property damage and any and all other liability that may arise out of or be attributable to Holder's attendance at the Event, including but not limited to those claims that may be unknown to Holder, or which Holder does not suspect to exist at this time. On behalf of Holder and Holder’s Related Persons, Holder expressly waives all rights, benefits, and protections Holder or Holder’s Related Persons may have under California Civil Code Section 1542, which reads as follows: A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY. 

As used herein:

•	"Related Persons" means the Holder’s heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, next of kin, anyone attending the Event with the Holder or for whom the Holder has obtained an Event ticket (which persons the Holder represents have authorized the Holder to act on their behalf for purposes of these terms), and other persons acting or purporting to act on the Holder’s or their behalf.
 
•	"Released Parties" means: (i) the National Basketball Association and its member teams (including the Team), and each of their respective direct and indirect owners, affiliates, players and coaches, administrators, designees, licensees, and other personnel; (ii) the direct and indirect owners, lessees and sublessees of the Arena; (iii) all third parties performing services at the Arena; (iv) any parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and related companies of each of the entities described in clauses (i)-(iii); and (v) the officers, directors, owners, members, managers, partners, employers, employees, agents, contractors and sub-contractors (and employees of such contractors and sub-contractors), insurers, representatives, other personnel, successors and/or assigns of each of the foregoing entities and persons described in clauses (i) – (iv), whether past, present or future and whether in their institutional or personal capacities.
12.	The Holder and the Holder's belongings may be searched upon entry into the Arena and/or other security checkpoints, prohibited items (which may include, without limitation, bags) may be confiscated at the sole discretion of the NBA, Team and/or Arena, and the Holder hereby consents to the foregoing and waives any related claims that might arise against the NBA, Team or Arena. If the Holder elects not to consent, the Holder will be denied entry into the Arena without refund.

13.	The Holder grants permission to the NBA and Team (and their respective designees and agents) to utilize the Holder’s image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, film, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the Event in any medium, whether now known or hereafter created, or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation. In addition, the Holder grants to the NBA and Team permission to collect, use, share and store certain Holder facial and other biometric information as permitted by law, including for security purposes.

14.	Should any current or future dispute, claim or cause of action related to this ticket or the Event arise between the Holder and the Team, NBA, or Arena, the Holder shall send a written notice describing the issue (a “Dispute Notice”) to The Los Angeles Lakers, Inc., 2275 E. Mariposa Avenue, El Segundo, California, 90245, Attn: Director, Box Office Operations. The Holder and the Team, NBA, and/or Arena agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute for at least 60 days (the "Negotiation Period") following receipt of the Dispute Notice. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within the Negotiation Period, the dispute shall be resolved by mandatory, confidential, final, and binding arbitration held before a neutral, single arbitrator in Los Angeles, California conducted by the Judicial Arbitration Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS") in accordance with the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures effective June 1, 2021, subject to the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law (which is applicable because the Team and NBA are engaged in transactions involving interstate commerce with respect to the Event). The costs of such arbitration shall be split evenly among the parties except upon an arbitrator’s finding that such split renders the arbitration cost-prohibitive to the Holder. Any and all issues relating or pertaining to arbitration or this arbitration clause, including but not limited to the threshold question of arbitrability or the enforceability or validity of this arbitration clause shall be delegated to the arbitrator selected pursuant to this provision. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. THE HOLDER, ARENA, TEAM AND NBA AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS ARBITRATION. IF THE HOLDER DOES NOT CONSENT TO THIS CLAUSE, THE HOLDER MUST IMMEDIATELY LEAVE OR NOT ENTER THE ARENA. 

15.	Without limiting the foregoing, the Holder agrees not to give or offer this ticket in a manner that would constitute a violation of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, any other anti-bribery law or regulation, or any conflicts of interest law, regulation, or policy.

16.	If any provision or part of these terms or the Supplemental Terms is held to be illegal, unenforceable or ineffective, such provision or part thereof shall be deemed modified to the least extent necessary to render such provision legal, enforceable and effective, or, if no such modification is possible, such provision or part thereof shall be deemed severable, such that all other provisions in and referenced in these terms and the Supplemental Terms remain valid and binding.

17.	In the event of a conflict between any applicable ticket service provider’s terms and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will apply.

6. •	“Related Persons” means the Holder’s heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, next of kin, anyone attending the Event with the Holder or for whom Holder has obtained an Event ticket (which persons the Holder represents have authorized the Holder to act on their behalf for purposes of these terms), and other persons acting or purporting to act on the Holder’s or their behalf.
 
•	“Released Parties” means: (i) the National Basketball Association and its member teams (including the Team), and each of their respective direct and indirect owners, affiliates, players and coaches, administrators, designees, licensees, and other personnel; (ii) the direct and indirect owners, lessees and sublessees of the Arena; (iii) all third parties performing services at the Arena; (iv) any parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and related companies of each of the entities described in clauses (i)-(iii); and (v) the officers, directors, owners, members, managers, partners, employers, employees, agents, contractors and sub-contractors (and employees of such contractors and sub-contractors), insurers, representatives, other personnel, successors and/or assigns of each of the foregoing entities and persons described in clauses (i) – (iv), whether past, present or future and whether in their institutional or personal capacities.
10.	The Holder and the Holder's belongings may be searched upon entry into the Arena and/or other security checkpoints, prohibited items (which may include, without limitation, bags) may be confiscated at the sole discretion of the NBA, Team and/or Arena, and the Holder hereby consents to the foregoing and waives any related claims that might arise against the NBA, Team or Arena.  If the Holder elects not to consent, the Holder will be denied entry into the Arena without refund or credit.

11.	The Holder grants permission to the NBA and Team (and their respective designees and agents) to utilize the Holder’s image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, film, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the Event in any medium, whether now known or hereafter created, or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.  In addition, the Holder grants to the NBA and Team permission to collect, use, share and store certain Holder facial and other biometric information as permitted by law, including for security purposes.

12.	Should any current or future dispute, claim or cause of action related to this ticket or the Event arise between the Holder and the Team, NBA, or Arena, the Holder shall send a written notice describing the issue (a “Dispute Notice”) to LA Clippers LLC c/o Nicole Duckett, 1212 S. Flower St., Floor 5, Los Angeles, CA 90015. The Holder and the Team, NBA, and/or Arena agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute for at least 60 days (the “Negotiation Period”) following receipt of the Dispute Notice.  If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within the Negotiation Period, the dispute shall be resolved by mandatory, confidential, final, and binding arbitration held before a neutral, single arbitrator in Los Angeles, CA conducted by the Judicial Arbitration Mediation Services, Inc. (“JAMS”) in accordance with the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures effective June 1, 2021, subject to the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law (which is applicable because the Team and NBA are engaged in transactions involving interstate commerce with respect to the Event).  The costs of such arbitration shall be split evenly among the parties except upon an arbitrator’s finding that such split renders the arbitration cost-prohibitive to the Holder.  Any and all issues relating or pertaining to arbitration or this arbitration clause, including but not limited to the threshold question of arbitrability or the enforceability or validity of this arbitration clause shall be delegated exclusively to the arbitrator selected pursuant to this provision.  Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. THE HOLDER, ARENA, TEAM AND NBA AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS ARBITRATION.  IF THE HOLDER DOES NOT CONSENT TO THIS CLAUSE, THE HOLDER MUST IMMEDIATELY LEAVE OR NOT ENTER THE ARENA. 

13.	Without limiting the foregoing, the Holder agrees not to give or offer this ticket in a manner that would constitute a violation of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, any other anti-bribery law or regulation, or any conflicts of interest law, regulation, or policy.

14.	If any provision or part of these terms or the Supplemental Terms is held to be illegal, unenforceable or ineffective, such provision or part thereof shall be deemed modified to the least extent necessary to render such provision legal, enforceable and effective, or, if no such modification is possible, such provision or part thereof shall be deemed severable, such that all other provisions in and referenced in these terms and the Supplemental Terms remain valid and binding.

15.	In the event of a conflict between AXS Group’s terms and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will apply.



Clippers COVID19 - Lakers game

Waiver and Release of Liability: Assumption of COVID-19 Risk
I understand and acknowledge that my attendance at the Staples Center for an LA Clippers home game ('Attendance') during the COVID-19 outbreak involves the risk of accidents and injuries, in particular the risk of exposure to COVID-19. Because of the highly contagious nature of COVID-19, I understand that my Attendance could increase my risk of contracting and/or spreading the virus. I further understand that the risk of being exposed to or infected by COVID-19 during my Attendance may result from the negligence of myself and others, including other attendees, the LA Clippers, the Staples Center, and their respective affiliates, parents, officers, directors, employees, members, players and agents (collectively, the 'Team'). Knowing that these risks exist, I voluntarily agree to assume them, including the risk of exposure to COVID-19, in order to attend a LA Clippers home game at the Staples Center. Attendance is of such value to me that I freely and voluntarily accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID-19. In consideration of my Attendance, I accept sole responsibility for any injury (including personal injury, disability, death, illness, economic loss, or any other damage) suffered by me, my spouse, my relatives, or anyone in my household that arises out of or is any way connected with my Attendance, and I agree that the Team will not be liable for such injuries, including any injuries arising from alleged negligence of the Team. I hereby waive, personally release, hold harmless, and forever discharge any and all claims that I may have, or which may hereafter accrue, against the Team as a result of my Attendance. 
I AGREE NOT TO SUE THE TEAM, THE NBA, AND/OR THE STAPLES CENTER FOR ANY INJURY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COVID-19 INFECTION, CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM MY ATTENDANCE, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH INJURY OR INFECTION WAS CAUSED BY THE TEAM’S ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE.
The foregoing waiver and release is freely and voluntarily given with the understanding that I am giving up rights to legal recourse against the Team and affiliates, including for alleged negligence, in order to attend an LA Clippers home game at the Staples Center. I further understand and agree that the foregoing waiver, release, and assumption of risk is binding on my heirs and assigns. 
 
COVID-19 Testing or Vaccination
I understand that my Attendance is conditioned upon either (i) me completing the required testing for the SARS-CoV-2 virus by polymerase chain reaction ('COVID-19 Tests'), and showing negative, with the sample collected no more than 72 hours before my Attendance, or (ii) me being fully COVID-19 vaccinated, which for the sake of clarity shall mean having received the second dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days prior to my Attendance, or having received the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days prior to my Attendance (collectively, COVID-19 Vaccine). 

Attestation of COVID-19 Tests Results and/or COVID-19 Vaccine Records
I further understand that my Attendance is conditioned upon me providing to Team legitimate, sufficient, and valid proof of my COVID-19 Tests results and/or COVID-19 Vaccine. Pursuant to the foregoing sentence, I hereby acknowledge, represent, and warrant that the COVID-19 Tests results and/or COVID-19 Vaccine records I provide to Team will be legitimate and valid, and I hereby fully and forever release, waive, hold harmless, and discharge the Team against any and all claims arising from my COVID-19 Tests results and/or COVID-19 Vaccine records, including those claims challenging the legitimacy of my COVID-19 Tests results and/or COVID-19 Vaccine records. 

Permission to Use and Disclose Confidential Health Information
I agree that the LA Clippers, the NBA, and/or Staples Center may collect, store, and/or use my COVID-19 Tests results and/or COVID-19 Vaccine records, and any other health information I provide, for any purpose relating to (a) my Attendance; and (b) the monitoring for COVID-19 and promoting the health and safety of the Team, the Team's facilities, and other attendees. Furthermore, I acknowledge that my COVID-19 Tests results and/or COVID-19 Vaccine records, and any other health information I provide, may be subject to certain disclosures and no longer protected by local, state, or federal health information privacy laws or regulations. 
I AGREE NOT TO SUE THE TEAM, THE NBA, AND/OR THE STAPLES CENTER FOR ANY USE OR DISCLOSURE OF MY COVID-19 TESTS RESULTS AND/OR COVID-19 VACCINE RECORDS AND/OR OTHER HEALTH INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE FOREGOING PARAGRAPH.
The foregoing waiver and release is freely and voluntarily given with the understanding that I am giving up rights to legal recourse against the Team and its affiliates, in order to attend an LA Clippers home game at the Staples Center. I further understand and agree that the foregoing waiver and release is binding on my heirs and assigns. 

Compliance with COVID-19 Safety Protocols and Policies
I hereby agree that I will abide by all rules, regulations, and guidelines applicable to my Attendance, which shall include all of the following: (a) I will keep my mask on at all times, covering my nose and mouth; (b) I will immediately exit the Staples Center upon the conclusion of the LA Clippers home game; (c) I will maintain 6-feet distancing at all times (with the exception of my household members attending the game with me); (d) I will immediately alert someone if I am experiencing COVID-19 symptoms; (e) I will follow all orders, directions, recommendations, requests, and instructions provided to me by Team staff; and (f) I will remain in the seat provided to me by the Team, and under no circumstances will I attempt to change my seating location inside the Staples Center. I further acknowledge that if I violate any of the foregoing COVID-19 Safety Protocols and Policies, I may be asked to leave Staples Center at any time in the Team’s sole discretion, and in that event I agree that I will leave Staples Center's premises immediately. 

Non-Transferable Ticket
I hereby understand and acknowledge that my ticket purchase is personal to me, and under no circumstances shall I be permitted to transfer, distribute, re-distribute, sell, offer, gift, or otherwise make available to a third-party ('Transfer') my ticket to the LA Clippers v Los Angeles Lakers home game. I understand and acknowledge that the LA Clippers v Los Angeles Lakers home game ticket is non-transferable, and if I attempt to Transfer the LA Clippers v Los Angeles Lakers home game ticket, such ticket shall be immediately voided and cancelled. 

Food Consumption
I hereby understand and acknowledge that food will not be served or offered by the LA Clippers during my Attendance. Any food made available to me during my Attendance will be from a third party and in no event shall I claim the food was made available to me by the LA Clippers. I hereby fully and forever release, waive, hold harmless, and discharge the LA Clippers against any and all claims arising from my consumption of food during my Attendance, whether or not the claim arose as a result of the Team's negligence. 

Indemnification and Covenant Not to Sue
I hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Team from and against any and all claims, lawsuits, liabilities, loss, damages, demands, actions, causes of action, costs and expenses of any kind (including attorneys' fees), which may be made against them or incurred by them, or any of them, arising out of my Attendance, any breach of my obligations, representations and warranties hereunder, and/or resulting from my tortious conduct, or the failure to abide by the protocols and policies delineated above. 
I agree that I shall not bring (i) any claim, demand, legal action or suit against the Team for any economic or non-economic loss due to liabilities incurred during or in connection with my Attendance or because of the operations and conduct of the Team, whether negligent or otherwise; or (ii) any claim or action for personal injury, property damage and/or other loss suffered by me in connection with my Attendance. I waive and release any and all claims against the Team relating to my Attendance, and the Team’s disclosure and use of my COVID-19 Tests results and/or COVID-19 Vaccine records.
I intend for this release to be a full waiver and release of all claims of any nature I had, now have, or may in the future have against the Team in connection with my Attendance. I acknowledge that I may have or may in the future have claims against the Team which I presently do not know or suspect to exist in my favor at the time I execute this release which if known, might materially affect my execution of this release. I expressly waive all rights I may have under Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which states:
'A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN TO HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.'

The Holder agrees that this ticket license is subject to these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions established by the Los Angeles Sparks and/or its affiliates (the “Team”), the Women’s National Basketball Association and/or its affiliates (the "WNBA"), and any operator of the arena or related arena grounds (including, without limitation, parking areas and entry gates) (the “Arena”) at which the event or any surrounding activities (in whole or in part) for which this ticket is issued (the “Event”) is held (collectively, all such additional terms, “Supplemental Terms”).  SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS INCLUDE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER TERMS SET FORTH AT THE FOLLOWING URL: https://www.cryptoarena.com/safe. By acceptance and/or use of this ticket and/or entering (or seeking entry into) the Arena, the Holder is deemed to have read all such terms and agreed to be bound by them.

This ticket and the Holder’s admission to the Arena are subject to all safety and health requirements and policies relating to the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, collectively, “COVID-19”) put in place by the Team, WNBA, and Arena, including those policies and requirements described in the Supplemental Terms.  Such policies and requirements as they may be updated from time to time (in the sole determination of the Team, WNBA and/or Arena) and as they may be communicated to the Holder prior to or during the Event (whether orally or in writing) by, for example, instruction provided by Team or Arena personnel or signage in or around the Arena, are collectively referred to below as the “Safety Requirements.”  The Holder acknowledges and agrees to comply with the Safety Requirements (including all requirements that must be satisfied prior to or during the Event), and acknowledges and agrees that attendance at the Event is conditioned on such compliance.

The Holder agrees, on behalf of the Holder and Holder’s Related Persons (defined below), that the Holder and each such other individual will not attend the Event if any one or more of the following is true on the day of such Event:

•	Within the prior 10 days, any such individual has returned a positive or inconclusive test result for COVID-19;

•	Within the prior 5 days, any such individual was exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 while such individual was not (i) up-to-date on vaccination against COVID-19, as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”), or (ii) recently recovered from a confirmed prior infection of COVID-19 within the past 90 days; or

•	Any such individual is experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19 (e.g., sore throat, cough, nasal congestion) and has not returned a negative test result from an FDA-authorized test collected after symptom onset and within 1 day prior to the Event.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the individual may attend the Event if such individual has received clearance by a healthcare provider or public health authority, or pursuant to applicable public health guidelines, not to quarantine or isolate.

To ensure that all Event patrons agree to, and comply with, all Safety Requirements and all other WNBA, Team and Arena rules, this ticket may not be resold or offered for resale on any platform other than a platform expressly authorized by the Team or the WNBA.  Without limiting the foregoing, any transfer of this ticket to any person who fails to satisfy any Safety Requirement (including pre-Event requirements established by the Team or Arena) may be voided by the Team and this ticket cancelled.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY (IF ANY) IF ADMISSION IS REFUSED OR REVOKED, OR THE EVENT IS CANCELLED AND NOT RESCHEDULED, IS A REFUND OF UP TO THE TICKET’S FACE VALUE SET BY THE TEAM (THE “FACE VALUE”).  IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TEAM, WNBA, OR ARENA BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES BEYOND THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKET, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AMOUNT PAID IN EXCESS OF FACE VALUE FOR THIS TICKET.

The Event date and time (and gate opening) are subject to change at the Team’s sole discretion, and no such change shall entitle the Holder to a refund or other remedy if the Holder cannot attend or for any other reason. The Holder may be relocated in the Team’s sole discretion, and no such relocation shall entitle the Holder to a refund or other remedy if the Holder is relocated to a seat or location of comparable Face Value.

The Holder agrees not to create, transmit, distribute, misappropriate or sell (or aid in creating, transmitting, distributing, misappropriating or selling), in any media now or hereafter existing, any description, account (whether text, data or visual, and including (without limitation) play-by-play data), picture, photograph, image, video, audio, livestream or other form of exploitation or reproduction of the Event (collectively, “Event Works”).  Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Holder agrees that by causing this ticket to be scanned upon entry, the Holder shall be deemed to have signed the ticket and granted to the Team and WNBA an exclusive worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to all rights associated with any Event Works.  This ticket may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, gambling or gaming activities, without the express written consent of the Team and WNBA.

Breach of any of these terms, failure to comply with Safety Requirements or WNBA, Team and/or Arena rules, or the refunding to the Holder of the Face Value, shall automatically terminate any rights that the Holder may have hereunder; shall render illegal and unauthorized the Holder’s use of the ticket for any purpose; and shall authorize the Team and/or the WNBA to withdraw the ticket, refuse admission to the Arena, or eject the Holder from the Arena, without refund or credit in each case, and subject the Holder to all legal remedies available to the WNBA, Team and/or Arena.

THE HOLDER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 EXISTS IN ANY PLACE WHERE PEOPLE GATHER AND THAT NO PRECAUTIONS (INCLUDING THE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS DESCRIBED ABOVE) CAN ELIMINATE THE RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19.  COVID-19 IS AN EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH.  WHILE PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND HEALTH CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY COVID-19, CERTAIN CATEGORIES OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED BY PUBLIC HEALTH AUTHORITIES AS HAVING GREATER RISK BASED ON AGE AND UNDERLYING MEDICAL CONDITIONS.  THE HOLDER OF THIS TICKET VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH), SICKNESS (INCLUDING ILLNESS AND OTHER RISKS OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19, OR ANY OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS, OR A BACTERIA, VIRUS OR OTHER PATHOGEN CAPABLE OF CAUSING A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS), LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED OR CONFISCATED PROPERTY, AND ALL OTHER HAZARDS ARISING FROM, OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO, THE EVENT (INCLUDING COMPLYING WITH THE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS), WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT, HOWEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER BY NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.

On behalf of the Holder and the Holder’s Related Persons (defined below), the Holder further hereby releases (and covenants not to sue) each of the Released Parties (defined below) with respect to any and all claims that the Holder or any of the Holder’s Related Persons may have (or hereafter accrue) against any of the Released Parties and that relate in any way to (i) exposure to COVID-19; (ii) entry into, or presence within or around, the Arena or the Event (including all risks related thereto) or compliance with any protocols or Safety Requirements applicable to the Event; or (iii) any interaction between the Holder and the Holder’s Related Persons, on the one hand, and any personnel of any of the Released Parties present at the Event, on the other hand, in each case whether caused by any action, inaction or negligence of any Released Party or otherwise.

As used herein:

In addition, the Holder grants to the WNBA and Team permission to collect, use, share and store certain Holder facial and other biometric information as permitted by law, including for security purposes.

Should any current or future dispute, claim or cause of action related to this ticket or the Event arise between the Holder and the Team, WNBA, or Arena, the Holder shall send a written notice describing the issue (a “Dispute Notice”) to 1160 E. The Holder and the Team, WNBA, and/or Arena agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute for at least 60 days (the “Negotiation Period”) following receipt of the Dispute Notice.  If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within the Negotiation Period, the dispute shall be resolved by mandatory, confidential, final, and binding arbitration held before a neutral, single arbitrator in Los Angeles conducted by the Judicial Arbitration Mediation Services, Inc. (“JAMS”) in accordance with the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures effective June 1, 2021, subject to the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law (which is applicable because the Team and WNBA are engaged in transactions involving interstate commerce with respect to the Event).  The costs of such arbitration shall be split evenly among the parties except upon an arbitrator’s finding that such split renders the arbitration cost-prohibitive to the Holder.  Any and all issues relating or pertaining to arbitration or this arbitration clause, including but not limited to the threshold question of arbitrability or the enforceability or validity of this arbitration clause shall be delegated exclusively to the arbitrator selected pursuant to this provision.  Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. THE HOLDER, ARENA, TEAM AND WNBA AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBIRTRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS ARBITRATION.  IF THE HOLDER DOES NOT CONSENT TO THIS CLAUSE, THE HOLDER MUST IMMEDIATELY LEAVE OR NOT ENTER THE ARENA. 

Without limiting the foregoing, the Holder agrees not to give or offer this ticket in a manner that would constitute a violation of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, any other anti-bribery law or regulation, or any conflicts of interest law, regulation, or policy.

If any provision or part of these terms or the Supplemental Terms is held to be illegal, unenforceable or ineffective, such provision or part thereof shall be deemed modified to the least extent necessary to render such provision legal, enforceable and effective, or, if no such modification is possible, such provision or part thereof shall be deemed severable, such that all other provisions in and referenced in these terms and the Supplemental Terms remain valid and binding.

In the event of a conflict between AXS’s terms and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will apply.

Please anticipate high traffic that could result in up to 2-hour delays in reaching your location. Event traffic will be restricted due to street closures, therefore guests opting for drop off via ride share or chauffeured vehicle must approach northbound on Figueroa St. from Washington Blvd. Guests will be required to present digital tickets to officers at the checkpoint in order to advance on to the vehicle screening process. 
Please note that the Recording Academy does not control or operate any parking structures for telecast parking. Those intending to park are advised to seek options at locations north of Olympic Blvd.

At this time, access to media opportunities on the red carpet and media center will be limited to current GRAMMY nominees and winners plus one guest each. Only guests whose digital tickets have red carpet access will be allowed on the red carpet. This ticket is a revocable license intended for use only by the original purchaser and purchaser’s invited guest(s) (“Holder”). This ticket may not be transferred or resold and the rights granted herein may not be assigned. No promotional, commercial, advertising or other trade use of this ticket may be made without the prior express written consent of the Recording Academy®. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources or in contravention of the terms and conditions of this ticket or applicable law will not be honored, and their holders shall be deemed trespassers. Children under 5 years, and children under 16 not accompanied by a legal guardian, may be refused admission. This ticket will not be replaced and no part of the price will be refunded if it is destroyed, lost, stolen, or seized as permitted herein, or if production adjustments obstruct the holder’s view. Upon cancellation or rescheduling of the 66th Annual GRAMMY Awards® (the “Show”), neither the Recording Academy nor any other person or entity shall be required to issue the holder a refund provided that the Holder is given the right to attend a rescheduled show or exchange this ticket for a similar event of comparable price and seat location.

This ticket is a revocable license, and the holder of this ticket, on behalf of the holder and any accompanying minor, including a minor holding a separate ticket (individually and collectively, the "Holder"), agrees to all of its terms.  The Holder agrees that this ticket license is subject to these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions established by the Los Angeles Sparks and/or its affiliates (the “Team”), the Women’s National Basketball Association and/or its affiliates (the "WNBA"), and any operator of the arena or related arena grounds (including, without limitation, parking areas and entry gates) (the “Arena”) at which the event or any surrounding activities (in whole or in part) for which this ticket is issued (the “Event”) is held (collectively, all such additional terms, “Supplemental Terms”).  SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS INCLUDE ANY HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER TERMS SET FORTH AT THE FOLLOWING URL: https://www.cryptoarena.com/SAFE.  By acceptance and/or use of this ticket and/or entering (or seeking entry into) the Arena, the Holder is deemed to have read all such terms and agreed to be bound by them.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY (IF ANY) IF ADMISSION IS REFUSED OR REVOKED, OR THE EVENT IS CANCELLED AND NOT RESCHEDULED, IS A REFUND OF UP TO THE TICKET’S FACE VALUE SET BY THE TEAM (THE “FACE VALUE”). The Event date and time (and gate opening) are subject to change at the Team’s sole discretion, and no such change shall entitle the Holder to a refund or other remedy if the Holder cannot attend or for any other reason. The Holder may be relocated in the Team’s sole discretion, and no such relocation shall entitle the Holder to a refund or other remedy if the Holder is relocated to a seat or location of comparable Face Value.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY – IT MAY SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT. YOU HAVE THE LIMITED RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT IN THIS PARAGRAPH AS SET FORTH BELOW.  THIS IS A SUMMARY OF MANDATORY TERMS. Should any current or future dispute, claim or cause of action related to this ticket or the Event arise between the Holder and the Team, WNBA, or Arena, a written notice (a “Dispute Notice”) must be sent with the following information:  (i) name, contact information (address, telephone number, and email address), and account information if applicable; (ii) a description of the nature and basis of the dispute; and (iii) a description of the nature and basis of the relief sought, including a calculation for it.  If the Holder has a dispute, they shall send the Dispute Notice to tickets@la-sparks.com . The Holder and the Team, WNBA, and/or Arena agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute for at least 60 days (the “Negotiation Period”) following receipt of the Dispute Notice.  If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within the Negotiation Period, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be administered by National Arbitration and Mediation (“NAM”) and heard by a single, neutral arbitrator.  The NAM Rules shall govern the payment of all arbitration fees. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Team will consider a request to reimburse your portion of the arbitration fees upon a showing of hardship in its sole discretion and assuming you do not qualify for a waiver from NAM. All issues are for the arbitrator to decide except the following items (which are for a court of competent jurisdiction to decide): (i) issues that are specifically reserved for a court; (ii) issues related to the scope and enforceability of the arbitration provisions; and (iii) whether a dispute can or must be brought in arbitration.  TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE HOLDER, ARENA, TEAM, AND WNBA AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS ARBITRATION.  TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE HOLDER, ARENA, TEAM, AND WNBA WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.  There are also additional procedures for “mass filings,” as set forth in the NAM Rules. In addition, these terms and any disputes between you and the Arena, Team, and/or WNBA will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the state and federal courts of Los Angeles, CA shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes between you and the Arena, Team, and/or WNBA (except for disputes brought in small claims court) that are not subject to arbitration.  IF THE HOLDER DOES NOT CONSENT TO THIS CLAUSE, THE HOLDER MUST IMMEDIATELY LEAVE OR NOT ENTER THE ARENA. You have the right to opt out of arbitration under these Terms by sending the Team a personally signed, written notice of your decision to opt out via email to tickets@la-sparks.com within thirty (30) days of purchase of your ticket.  Such an opt out will not opt you out of an arbitration agreement you might otherwise have with the Arena, Team, and/or WNBA.

The Holder agrees not to create, transmit, distribute, misappropriate or sell (or aid in creating, transmitting, distributing, misappropriating or selling), in any media now or hereafter existing, any description, account (whether text, data or visual, and including (without limitation) play-by-play data), picture, photograph, image, video, audio, livestream or other form of exploitation or reproduction of the Event (collectively, “Event Works”).  Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Holder agrees that by causing this ticket to be scanned upon entry, the Holder shall be deemed to have signed the ticket and granted to the Team and WNBA an exclusive worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to all rights associated with any Event Works.  This ticket may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, gambling, or gaming activities, without the express written consent of the Team and WNBA.

This ticket and the Holder’s admission to the Arena are subject to all safety and health requirements and policies relating to the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation, or variation thereof, collectively, “COVID-19”) put in place by the Team, WNBA, and Arena, including any such policies and requirements described in the Supplemental Terms (collectively, the “Safety Requirements”). The Holder acknowledges and agrees to comply with the Safety Requirements and acknowledges and agrees that attendance at the Event is conditioned on such compliance.

The Holder agrees, on behalf of the Holder and Holder’s Related Persons (defined below), that the Holder and each such other individual will not attend the Event if any such individual has been directed by a healthcare provider or public health authority to quarantine, isolate, or otherwise refrain from interacting with members of the public due to a diagnosis of or exposure to COVID-19 or any illness or other medical condition.

To ensure that all Event patrons agree to, and comply with, all Safety Requirements and all other WNBA, Team and Arena rules, this ticket may not be resold or offered for resale on any platform other than a platform expressly authorized by the Team or the WNBA.  Without limiting the foregoing, any transfer of this ticket to any person who fails to satisfy any Safety Requirement may be voided by the Team and this ticket cancelled.

Breach of any of these terms, failure to comply with Safety Requirements or WNBA, Team and/or Arena rules, or the refunding to the Holder of the Face Value, shall automatically terminate any rights that the Holder may have hereunder; shall render illegal and unauthorized the Holder’s use of the ticket for any purpose; and shall authorize the Team and/or the WNBA to withdraw the ticket, refuse admission to the Arena, or eject the Holder from the Arena, without refund or credit in each case, and subject the Holder to all legal remedies available to the WNBA, Team and/or Arena.

THE HOLDER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 EXISTS IN ANY PLACE WHERE PEOPLE GATHER AND THAT NO PRECAUTIONS (INCLUDING THE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS DESCRIBED ABOVE) CAN ELIMINATE THE RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19.  COVID-19 IS AN EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH.  WHILE PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND HEALTH CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY COVID-19, CERTAIN CATEGORIES OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED BY PUBLIC HEALTH AUTHORITIES AS HAVING GREATER RISK BASED ON AGE AND UNDERLYING MEDICAL CONDITIONS.  THE HOLDER OF THIS TICKET VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH), SICKNESS (INCLUDING ILLNESS AND OTHER RISKS OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19, OR ANY OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS, OR A BACTERIA, VIRUS OR OTHER PATHOGEN CAPABLE OF CAUSING A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS), LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED OR CONFISCATED PROPERTY, AND ALL OTHER HAZARDS ARISING FROM, OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO, THE EVENT (INCLUDING COMPLYING WITH THE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS), WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT, HOWEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER BY NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.

On behalf of the Holder and the Holder’s Related Persons (defined below), the Holder further hereby releases (and covenants not to sue) each of the Released Parties (defined below) with respect to any and all claims that the Holder or any of the Holder’s Related Persons may have (or hereafter accrue) against any of the Released Parties and that relate in any way to (i) exposure to COVID-19; (ii) entry into, or presence within or around, the Arena or the Event (including all risks related thereto) or compliance with any protocols or Safety Requirements applicable to the Event; or (iii) any interaction between the Holder and the Holder’s Related Persons, on the one hand, and any personnel of any of the Released Parties present at the Event, on the other hand, in each case whether caused by any action, inaction or negligence of any Released Party or otherwise.

As used herein:

•	“Related Persons” means the Holder’s heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, next of kin, anyone attending the Event with the Holder or for whom Holder has obtained an Event ticket (which persons the Holder represents have authorized the Holder to act on their behalf for purposes of these terms), and other persons acting or purporting to act on the Holder’s or their behalf.
 
•	“Released Parties” means: (i) the Women’s National Basketball Association and its teams (including the Team), and each of their respective direct and indirect owners, affiliates, players and coaches, administrators, designees, licensees, and other personnel; (ii) the direct and indirect owners, lessees and sublessees of the Arena; (iii) all third parties performing services at the Arena; (iv) any parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and related companies of each of the entities described in clauses (i)-(iii); and (v) the officers, directors, owners, members, managers, partners, employers, employees, agents, contractors and sub-contractors (and employees of such contractors and sub-contractors), insurers, representatives, other personnel, successors and/or assigns of each of the foregoing entities and persons described in clauses (i) – (iv), whether past, present or future and whether in their institutional or personal capacities.

The Holder and the Holder's belongings may be searched upon entry into the Arena and/or other security checkpoints, prohibited items (which may include, without limitation, bags) may be confiscated at the sole discretion of the WNBA, Team and/or Arena, and the Holder hereby consents to the foregoing and waives any related claims that might arise against the WNBA, Team, or Arena.  If the Holder elects not to consent, the Holder will be denied entry into the Arena without refund or credit.

The Holder grants permission to the WNBA and Team (and their respective designees and agents) to utilize the Holder’s image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, film, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the Event in any medium, whether now known or hereafter created, or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.  In addition, the Holder grants to the WNBA and Team permission to collect, use, share and store certain Holder facial and other biometric information as permitted by law, including for security purposes.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Holder agrees not to give or offer this ticket in a manner that would constitute a violation of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, any other anti-bribery law or regulation, or any conflicts of interest law, regulation, or policy.

Except as specifically provided herein, if any provision of these terms or the Supplemental Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

2024/2025 NHL SEASON TICKETBACK

THIS TICKET (“TICKET”) IS A REVOCABLE LICENSE. BY PURCHASING AND/OR USING TICKETS TO AN NHL GAME, HOLDER OF THIS TICKET AGREES THAT (1) USE OF SUCH TICKETS AND ADMISSION TO CRYPTO.COM ARENA (“VENUE”) IDENTIFIED IN THE TICKET IS CONDITIONED UPON HOLDER’S AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW, AND (2) HOLDER WILL INFORM ANY GUESTS, COMPANIONS, OR OTHER PERSONS WHO WILL BE USING TICKETS PURCHASED BY OR RECEIVED FROM HOLDER THAT AS TICKET HOLDERS THEMSELVES, THEIR OWN USE OF SUCH TICKETS AND ADMISSION TO THE VENUE ARE ALSO CONDITIONED UPON THEIR AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.  IF THIS TICKET IS LOST, STOLEN, OR OTHERWISE DISPLACED, AND THE HOLDER DOES NOT PRESENT THE TICKET AT THE VENUE AT THE TIME OF THE GAME, THE HOLDER WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE VENUE.  IT IS UNLAWFUL TO SELL OR RESELL TICKETS ON VENUE OR ADJOINING PROPERTY WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION AS REQUIRED BY LOS ANGELES MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 42.03.  VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE OR THE RESALE OF TICKETS IN VIOLATION OF STATE LAW (CALIFORNIA PENAL CODE 346) MAY RESULT IN FINE, IMPRISONMENT OR BOTH.

TO THE EXTENT ENFORCEABLE IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION, HOLDER, VENUE, AND NHL AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE RESOLVED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROCEDURES SUMMARIZED HEREIN AND FULLY DESCRIBED IN NHL DISPUTE TERMS, BE LITIGATED OR ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO LITIGATE OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS ARBITRATION, AND, IF THE HOLDER DOES NOT CONSENT TO THIS CLAUSE, THE HOLDER MUST IMMEDIATELY LEAVE OR NOT ENTER THE VENUE.

ARENA COMPANY, LLC, THE VENUE, THE NATIONAL HOCKEY LEAGUE AND ITS MEMBER CLUBS, NHL ENTERPRISES, L.P. NHL ENTERPRISES CANADA, L.P., NHL ENTERPRISES B.V., NHL INTERACTIVE CYBERENTERPRISES, LLC, NHL NETWORK US, L.P., NHL NETWORK US, INC., NATIONAL HOCKEY LEAGUE ENTERPRISES CANADA, INC., NHL ENTERPRISES, INC., THE NATIONAL HOCKEY LEAGUE PLAYERS ASSOCIATION (INCLUDING CURRENT AND FORMER PLAYERS, (“NHLPA”)), AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, OWNERS, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AGENCIES, DEPARTMENTS, SUBDIVISIONS, RELATED ENTITIES, OWNERS, GOVERNORS, TRUSTEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, PARTNERS, SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS, PRINCIPALS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “NHL”) ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO SUCH CAUSES OR OTHERWISE OCCURRING AT OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GAME, INCLUDING SPECIFICALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE NHL.

HOLDER SHALL REVIEW CAREFULLY, AND ABIDE BY, THE POLICIES OF THE NHL, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE NHL FAN CODE OF CONDUCT, THE FAN GUIDE FOR THE EVENT AND ANY VENUE POLICIES, PROTOCOLS, OR PROCEDURES THE NHL MAY REQUIRE COMPLIANCE WITH OR VERIFICATION OF PRIOR TO OR AS A CONDITION OF ADMISSION TO THE VENUE, AS APPLICABLE (“NHL POLICIES”). NHL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION OR EJECT ANY PERSON THAT FAILS TO ABIDE BY ANY NHL POLICIES. NHL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY ANY NHL POLICIES WITHOUT NOTICE. IN THE EVENT ANY PROVISION OF THIS TICKET SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE INVALID, ILLEGAL, OR UNENFORCEABLE BY A COURT OR ARBITRATOR, THE VALIDITY, LEGALITY, AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THE REMAINING PROVISIONS SHALL NOT IN ANY WAY BE AFFECTED OR IMPAIRED THEREBY.

SUMMARY OF DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROVISION (ARBITRATION AGREEMENT; CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVERS; CHOICE OF LAW).

BEFORE INITIATING AN ARBITRATION PROCEEDING, HOLDER OR THE NHL, AS APPLICABLE, MUST GIVE THE OTHER PARTY NOTICE OF THE DISPUTE BY PROVIDING A WRITTEN “NOTICE OF DISPUTE” THAT IS PERSONALLY SIGNED BY THE PARTY INITIATING THE NOTICE OF DISPUTE (OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE). THE NOTICE OF DISPUTE MUST CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: (1) NAME, CONTACT INFORMATION (ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, AND EMAIL ADDRESS), AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION, IF APPLICABLE; (2) A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE NATURE AND BASIS OF THE DISPUTE; AND (3) A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE NATURE AND BASIS OF THE RELIEF SOUGHT, INCLUDING A CALCULATION FOR IT. HOLDER MUST SEND ANY SUCH NOTICE OF DISPUTE TO THE NHL BY EMAIL TO ADR@NHL.COM AND TO AEG-CORPLEGAL@AEGWORLDWIDE.COM. THE NHL MUST SEND ANY SUCH NOTICE TO HOLDER AT THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE.  HOLDER AND THE NHL AGREE TO MAKE A GOOD FAITH EFFORT TO RESOLVE THE DISPUTE FOR AT LEAST 60 DAYS FOLLOWING RECEIPT OF THE NOTICE OF DISPUTE. IF THE PARTIES CANNOT RESOLVE THE DISPUTE WITHIN THAT PERIOD, IT SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (“AAA”) AND HEARD BY A SINGLE ARBITRATOR. THE AAA RULES WILL GOVERN EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY MODIFIED BY THE NHL DISPUTE TERMS OR AS OTHERWISE AGREED BY THE PARTIES. ALL ISSUES ARE FOR THE ARBITRATOR TO DECIDE EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING, WHICH ARE FOR A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO DECIDE: (1) ISSUES THAT ARE SPECIFICALLY RESERVED FOR A COURT AND (2) ISSUES RELATED TO THE SCOPE AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THE ARBITRATION PROVISIONS. 

HOLDER AND THE NHL AGREE THAT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW (WHICH MAY INCLUDE THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC), EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS (WHETHER IN COURT OR IN ARBITRATION) AGAINST THE OTHER PARTY ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF, CLAIMANT, OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING; (2) WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL; (3) AGREES THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA SHALL HAVE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OVER ANY DISPUTES (EXCEPT FOR DISPUTES BROUGHT IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT) THAT ARE NOT SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION OR OVER ANY ACTION INVOLVING THE APPLICABILITY OR ENFORCEABILITY OF ANY PROVISIONS OF THESE TICKET T&Cs (INCLUDING THE ARBITRATION PROVISIONS AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER) TO THE EXTENT ENFORCEABLE; AND (4) ACKNOWLEDGES THERE ARE ADDITIONAL PROCEDURES FOR “MULTIPLE CASE FILINGS.” HOLDER AND THE NHL WAIVE ANY OBJECTIONS AS TO PERSONAL JURISDICTION OR AS TO THE LAYING OF VENUE IN THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, AS APPLICABLE, DUE TO INCONVENIENT FORUM OR ANY OTHER BASIS TO SEEK TRANSFER OR CHANGE VENUE OF SUCH ACTION TO ANOTHER COURT.

BY USING THE TICKET(S) AND ATTENDING THE GAME, HOLDER, ON BEHALF OF HOLDER AND ANY PERSON ACCOMPANYING HOLDER, INCLUDING MINOR(S), GRANTS THE LOS ANGELES KINGS HOCKEY CLUB, L.P., ANSCHUTZ ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, INC., L.A. ARENA COMPANY, LLC,  THE NATIONAL HOCKEY LEAGUE AND ITS MEMBER CLUBS, THE VENUE, NHL ENTERPRISES, L.P., NHL ENTERPRISES CANADA, L.P., NHL ENTERPRISES B.V., NHL INTERACTIVE CYBERENTERPRISES, LLC, NHL NETWORK US, L.P., NHL NETWORK US, INC., NATIONAL HOCKEY LEAGUE ENTERPRISES CANADA, INC., NHL ENTERPRISES, INC,  AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “NHL ENTITIES”) PERMISSION TO RECORD HIS/HER IMAGE, NAME, VOICE, LIKENESS, ACTIONS AND/OR STATEMENTS IN ANY IMAGE, FOOTAGE, OR DISPLAY, WHETHER LIVE OR RECORDED, WHICH MAY BE TAKEN AT THE GAME OR AT THE VENUE, AND TO THE USE OF SAME BY THE NHL ENTITIES AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY PURPOSE (INCLUDING ADVERTISING OR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES), AND IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR SUBSEQUENTLY DEVELOPED WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION. This ticket is a revocable license intended for use only by the original purchaser and purchaser’s invited guest(s) ("Holder"). This ticket may not be transferred or resold and the rights granted herein may not be assigned. No promotional, commercial, advertising or other trade use of this ticket may be made without the prior express written consent of the Recording Academy®. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources or in contravention of the terms and conditions of this ticket or applicable law will not be honored, and their holders shall be deemed trespassers. Children under 5 years, and children under 16 not accompanied by a legal guardian, may be refused admission. This ticket will not be replaced and no part of the price will be refunded if it is destroyed, lost, stolen, or seized as permitted herein, or if production adjustments obstruct the holder’s view. Upon cancellation or rescheduling of the 67th Annual GRAMMY Awards® (the "Show"), neither the Recording Academy nor any other person or entity shall be required to issue the holder a refund provided that the Holder is given the right to attend a rescheduled show or exchange this ticket for a similar event of comparable price and seat location.
As a condition to admission to the Show, the Holder: agrees to comply with the rules of Peacock Theater and Crypto.com Arena, all applicable laws, and the terms and conditions hereof (if the holder violates any of said rules, laws, terms or conditions, this ticket may be seized and the Holder ejected without compensation); consents to the use of his/her name, image, voice, likeness or performance by the Recording Academy® or any of its successors, licensees and assigns in any live or recorded transmission, reproduction, display, or other exploitation, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised in perpetuity throughout the universe; individually, and on behalf of his/her heirs and assigns, accepts all risks incidental to attendance of the Show; and waives, releases and forever discharges the Recording Academy®, Peacock Theater and Crypto.com Arena, AXS Group LLC, Fulwell 73 UK Limited, CBS Inc., Event Organizers, all participants in the Show, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, afﬁliates, trustees, governors, members, directors, ofﬁcers, employees, agents, sponsors, successors, licensees, assigns, and advertisers, and agrees to hold each of them harmless, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, loss, damage, expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) or liability of any nature whatsoever arising from any matter, cause or thing related to attendance at the Show and/or the use of the Holder’s name, image, voice, likeness or performance as described herein.
The Holder agrees to refrain from disorderly or dangerous conduct, and may not enter the Show with alcoholic beverages, unlawful drugs, food, bottles or cans, video or audio recording devices, laser pointers, cameras, weapons, other dangerous devices or items prohibited by applicable laws, rules or regulations. Holders found to possess banned item(s) may be ejected and banned item(s) may be seized. The Holder consents to the inspection and search of the Holder, the Holder’s clothing and any purse, bag, package or other container in the Holder’s possession, for any banned items, and to seizure of the same. Cell phones and other communication devices must be turned off inside Crypto.com Arena. The Holder may not participate or aid in the reproduction, use or transmission of pictures, descriptions or accounts of the Show.
The violation or breach of any of the terms set forth above will automatically terminate this license and shall render the use of this ticket by the Holder for any purpose illegal and unauthorized. Violation may also subject Holder and/or original purchaser (who is responsible for the conduct of its invited guest(s)) to membership disciplinary action and/or restrictions in eligibility to purchase tickets to or attend future Recording Academy events, in the Recording Academy’s sole discretion.

This ticket is a revocable license, and the holder of this ticket, on behalf of the holder and any accompanying minor, including a minor holding a separate ticket (individually and collectively, the "Holder"), agrees to all of its terms.  The Holder agrees that this ticket license is subject to these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions established by the Los Angeles Sparks and/or its affiliates (the “Team”), the Women’s National Basketball Association and/or its affiliates (the "WNBA"), and any operator of the arena or related arena grounds (including, without limitation, parking areas and entry gates) (the “Arena”) at which the event or any surrounding activities (in whole or in part) for which this ticket is issued (the “Event”) is held (collectively, all such additional terms, “Supplemental Terms”).  By purchase, acceptance and/or use of this ticket and/or entering (or seeking entry into) the Arena, the Holder is deemed to have read all such terms and agreed to be bound by them. The Holder also acknowledges that such terms may be updated at any time, and by purchase, acceptance and/or use of this ticket, the Holder additionally agrees to all such updated terms.  The Holder must also comply with all federal, local, and state laws, rules and regulations.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY (IF ANY) IF ADMISSION IS REFUSED OR REVOKED, OR THE EVENT IS CANCELLED AND NOT RESCHEDULED, IS A REFUND OF UP TO THE TICKET’S FACE VALUE SET BY THE TEAM (THE “FACE VALUE”).  IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TEAM, WNBA, OR ARENA BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES BEYOND THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKET, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AMOUNT PAID IN EXCESS OF FACE VALUE FOR THIS TICKET.

The Event date and time (and gate opening) are subject to change at the Team’s sole discretion, and no such change shall entitle the Holder to a refund or other remedy if the Holder cannot attend or for any other reason. The Holder may be relocated in the Team’s sole discretion, and no such relocation shall entitle the Holder to a refund or other remedy if the Holder is relocated to a seat or location of comparable Face Value.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY – IT MAY SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT. YOU HAVE THE LIMITED RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT IN THIS PARAGRAPH AS SET FORTH BELOW.  THIS IS A SUMMARY OF MANDATORY TERMS. Should any current or future dispute, claim or cause of action related to this ticket or the Event arise between the Holder and the Team, WNBA, or Arena, a written notice (a “Dispute Notice”) must be sent with the following information:  (i) name, contact information (address, telephone number, and email address), and account information if applicable; (ii) a description of the nature and basis of the dispute; and (iii) a description of the nature and basis of the relief sought, including a calculation for it.  If the Holder has a dispute, they shall send the Dispute Notice to tickets@la-sparks.com. The Holder and the Team, WNBA, and/or Arena agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute for at least 60 days (the “Negotiation Period”) following receipt of the Dispute Notice.  If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within the Negotiation Period, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be administered by National Arbitration and Mediation (“NAM”) and heard by a single, neutral arbitrator.  The NAM Rules shall govern the payment of all arbitration fees. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Team will consider a request to reimburse your portion of the arbitration fees upon a showing of hardship in its sole discretion and assuming you do not qualify for a waiver from NAM. All issues are for the arbitrator to decide except the following items (which are for a court of competent jurisdiction to decide): (i) issues that are specifically reserved for a court; (ii) issues related to the scope and enforceability of the arbitration provisions; and (iii) whether a dispute can or must be brought in arbitration.  TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE HOLDER, ARENA, TEAM AND WNBA AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS ARBITRATION.  TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE HOLDER, ARENA, TEAM AND WNBA WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.  There are also additional procedures for “mass filings,” as set forth in the NAM Rules. In addition, these terms and any disputes between you and the Arena, Team, and/or WNBA will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the state and federal courts of Los Angeles, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes between you and the Arena, Team, and/or WNBA (except for disputes brought in small claims court) that are not subject to arbitration.  IF THE HOLDER DOES NOT CONSENT TO THIS CLAUSE, THE HOLDER MUST IMMEDIATELY LEAVE OR NOT ENTER THE ARENA. You have the right to opt out of arbitration under these Terms by sending the Team a personally signed, written notice of your decision to opt out via email to tickets@la-sparks.com within the earlier of the Event date or thirty (30) days after purchase of your ticket.  Such an opt out will not opt you out of an arbitration agreement you might otherwise have with the Arena, Team, and/or WNBA.

The Holder agrees not to create, transmit, distribute, misappropriate or sell (or aid in creating, transmitting, distributing, misappropriating or selling), in any media now or hereafter existing, any description, account (whether text, data or visual, and including (without limitation) play-by-play data), picture, photograph, image, video, audio, livestream or other form of exploitation or reproduction of the Event (collectively, “Event Works”).  Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Holder agrees that by causing this ticket to be scanned upon entry, the Holder shall be deemed to have signed the ticket and granted to the Team and WNBA an exclusive worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to all rights associated with any Event Works.  This ticket may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, gambling or gaming activities, without the express written consent of the Team and WNBA.

This ticket and the Holder’s admission to the Arena are subject to all safety and health requirements and policies relating to the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, collectively, “COVID-19”) put in place by the Team, WNBA, and Arena, including any such policies and requirements described in the Supplemental Terms (collectively, the “Safety Requirements”). The Holder acknowledges and agrees to comply with the Safety Requirements and acknowledges and agrees that attendance at the Event is conditioned on such compliance.

The Holder agrees, on behalf of the Holder and Holder’s Related Persons (defined below), that the Holder and each such other individual will not attend the Event if any such individual has been directed by a healthcare provider or public health authority to quarantine, isolate, or otherwise refrain from interacting with members of the public due to a diagnosis of or exposure to COVID-19 or any illness or other medical condition.

To ensure that all Event patrons agree to, and comply with, all Safety Requirements and all other WNBA, Team and Arena rules, this ticket may not be resold or offered for resale on any platform other than a platform expressly authorized by the Team or the WNBA.  Without limiting the foregoing, any transfer of this ticket to any person who fails to satisfy any Safety Requirement may be voided by the Team and this ticket cancelled.

Breach of any of these terms, failure to comply with Safety Requirements or WNBA, Team and/or Arena rules, or the refunding to the Holder of the Face Value, shall automatically terminate any rights that the Holder may have hereunder; shall render illegal and unauthorized the Holder’s use of the ticket for any purpose; and shall authorize the Team and/or the WNBA to withdraw the ticket, refuse admission to the Arena, or eject the Holder from the Arena, without refund or credit in each case, and subject the Holder to all legal remedies available to the WNBA, Team and/or Arena.

THE HOLDER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 EXISTS IN ANY PLACE WHERE PEOPLE GATHER AND THAT NO PRECAUTIONS (INCLUDING THE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS DESCRIBED ABOVE) CAN ELIMINATE THE RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19.  COVID-19 IS AN EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH.  WHILE PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND HEALTH CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY COVID-19, CERTAIN CATEGORIES OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED BY PUBLIC HEALTH AUTHORITIES AS HAVING GREATER RISK BASED ON AGE AND UNDERLYING MEDICAL CONDITIONS.  THE HOLDER OF THIS TICKET VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH), SICKNESS (INCLUDING ILLNESS AND OTHER RISKS OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19, OR ANY OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS, OR A BACTERIA, VIRUS OR OTHER PATHOGEN CAPABLE OF CAUSING A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS), LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED OR CONFISCATED PROPERTY, AND ALL OTHER HAZARDS ARISING FROM, OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO, THE EVENT (INCLUDING COMPLYING WITH THE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS), WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT, HOWEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER BY NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.

On behalf of the Holder and the Holder’s Related Persons (defined below), the Holder further hereby releases (and covenants not to sue) each of the Released Parties (defined below) with respect to any and all claims that the Holder or any of the Holder’s Related Persons may have (or hereafter accrue) against any of the Released Parties and that relate in any way to (i) exposure to COVID-19; (ii) entry into, or presence within or around, the Arena or the Event (including all risks related thereto) or compliance with any protocols or Safety Requirements applicable to the Event; or (iii) any interaction between the Holder and the Holder’s Related Persons, on the one hand, and any personnel of any of the Released Parties present at the Event, on the other hand, in each case whether caused by any action, inaction or negligence of any Released Party or otherwise.

As used herein:

•	“Related Persons” means the Holder’s heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, next of kin, anyone attending the Event with the Holder or for whom Holder has obtained an Event ticket (which persons the Holder represents have authorized the Holder to act on their behalf for purposes of these terms), and other persons acting or purporting to act on the Holder’s or their behalf.
•	“Released Parties” means: (i) the Women’s National Basketball Association and its teams (including the Team), and each of their respective direct and indirect owners, affiliates, players and coaches, administrators, designees, licensees, and other personnel; (ii) the direct and indirect owners, lessees and sublessees of the Arena; (iii) all third parties performing services at the Arena; (iv) AXS Group LLC; (v) any parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and related companies of each of the entities described in clauses (i)-(iv); and (vi) the officers, directors, owners, members, managers, partners, employers, employees, agents, contractors and sub-contractors (and employees of such contractors and sub-contractors), insurers, representatives, other personnel, successors and/or assigns of each of the foregoing entities and persons described in clauses (i) – (v), whether past, present or future and whether in their institutional or personal capacities.

The Holder and the Holder's belongings may be searched upon entry into the Arena and/or other security checkpoints, prohibited items (which may include, without limitation, bags) may be confiscated at the sole discretion of the WNBA, Team and/or Arena, and the Holder hereby consents to the foregoing and waives any related claims that might arise against the WNBA, Team or Arena.  If the Holder elects not to consent, the Holder will be denied entry into the Arena without refund or credit.

The Holder grants permission to the WNBA and Team (and their respective designees and agents) to utilize the Holder’s image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, film, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the Event in any medium, whether now known or hereafter created, or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.  In addition, the Holder grants to the WNBA and Team permission to collect, use, share and store certain Holder facial and other biometric information as permitted by law, including for security purposes.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Holder agrees not to give or offer this ticket in a manner that would constitute a violation of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, any other anti-bribery law or regulation, or any conflicts of interest law, regulation, or policy.

Except as specifically provided herein, if any provision of these terms or the Supplemental Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

In the event of a conflict between AXS’s terms and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will apply.

 This ticket is a revocable license intended for use only by the original purchaser and purchaser’s invited guest(s) (“Holder”). This ticket may not be transferred or resold and the rights granted herein may not be assigned. No promotional, commercial, advertising or other trade use of this ticket may be made without the prior express written consent of the Recording Academy®. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources or in contravention of the terms and conditions of this ticket or applicable law will not be honored, and their holders shall be deemed trespassers. Children under 16 not accompanied by a legal guardian may be refused admission. This ticket will not be replaced and no part of the price will be refunded if it is destroyed, lost, stolen, or seized as permitted herein, or if production adjustments obstruct the holder’s view. Upon cancellation or rescheduling of the 68th Annual GRAMMY Awards® (the “Show”) , neither the Recording Academy nor the GRAMMY Museum or any other person or entity shall be required to issue the holder a refund provided that the Holder is given the right to attend a rescheduled show or exchange this ticket for an event of comparable price and seat location, at the sole discretion of the Recording Academy.

Account holder, and any ticket holders receiving guest tickets consistent with this policy, will be required to download and signup for the AXS app.  For security purposes, screenshots, PDF versions and printouts of mobile tickets will not be accepted for entry.   

In order to allocate mobile tickets among account holder’s invited guests consistent with the Academy’s Ticket Policy, account holder is permitted to forward guest ticket(s) directly to each invited guest for their personal use only, but account holder must reserve a single ticket for its personal use.  Allocation must occur through the AXS platform utilizing the “transfer” function; the “sale” function will be disabled.  Invited guests shall not distribute tickets to any other individual, except an invited guest may return its ticket through the AXS platform “transfer” function directly back to the account holder for potential use by another invited guest of account holder consistent with the foregoing.  Any other distribution of tickets through this AXS platform without the express written consent of the Recording Academy is a violation of this policy.

As a condition to admission to the Show and/or the GRAMMY Museum’s GRAMMY Awards After Party, the Holder agrees to comply with the rules of Peacock Theater, Crypto.com Arena, the GRAMMY Museum, and The Novo, all applicable laws, and the terms and conditions hereof (if the holder violates any of said rules, laws, terms or conditions, this ticket may be seized and the Holder ejected without compensation); consents to the use of his/her name, image, voice, likeness or performance by the Recording Academy®, its affiliates, or any of its successors, licensees and assigns in any live or recorded transmission, reproduction, display, or other exploitation, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised in perpetuity throughout the universe; individually, and on behalf of his/her heirs and assigns, accepts all risks incidental to attendance of the Show and the GRAMMY Museum’s GRAMMY Awards After Party; and waives, releases and forever discharges the Recording Academy®, the GRAMMY Museum, Peacock Theater, Crypto.com Arena, The Novo, AXS Group LLC, Fulwell 73 UK Limited, CBS Inc., Event Organizers, all participants in the Show, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, afﬁliates, trustees, governors, members, directors, ofﬁcers, employees, agents, sponsors, successors, licensees, assigns, and advertisers, and agrees to hold each of them harmless, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, loss, damage, expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) or liability of any nature whatsoever arising from any matter, cause or thing related to attendance at the Show and/or the use of the Holder’s name, image, voice, likeness or performance as described herein.
The Holder agrees to refrain from disorderly or dangerous conduct, and may not enter the Show or the GRAMMY Museum’s GRAMMY Awards After Party with alcoholic beverages, unlawful drugs, food, bottles or cans, video or audio recording devices, laser pointers, cameras, weapons, other dangerous devices or items prohibited by applicable laws, rules or regulations. Holders found to possess banned item(s) may be ejected and banned item(s) may be seized. The Holder consents to the inspection and search of the Holder, the Holder’s clothing and any purse, bag, package or other container in the Holder’s possession, for any banned items, and to seizure of the same. Cell phones and other communication devices must be turned off inside Crypto.com Arena. The Holder may not participate or aid in the reproduction, use or transmission of pictures, descriptions or accounts of the Show. The violation or breach of any of the terms set forth above will automatically terminate this license and shall render the use of this ticket by the Holder for any purpose illegal and unauthorized. Violation may also subject Holder and/or original purchaser (who is responsible for the conduct of its invited guest(s)) to membership disciplinary action and/or restrictions in eligibility to purchase tickets to or attend future Recording Academy events, in the Recording Academy’s sole discretion.

If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within the Negotiation Period, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be administered by National Arbitration and Mediation (“NAM”) and heard by a single, neutral arbitrator.  The NAM Rules shall govern the payment of all arbitration fees. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Team will consider a request to reimburse your portion of the arbitration fees upon a showing of hardship in its sole discretion and assuming you do not qualify for a waiver from NAM. All issues are for the arbitrator to decide except the following items (which are for a court of competent jurisdiction to decide): (i) issues that are specifically reserved for a court; (ii) issues related to the scope and enforceability of the arbitration provisions; and (iii) whether a dispute can or must be brought in arbitration.  TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE HOLDER, ARENA, TEAM AND WNBA AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS ARBITRATION. In addition, these terms and any disputes between you and the Arena, Team, and/or WNBA will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the state and federal courts of Los Angeles, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes between you and the Arena, Team, and/or WNBA (except for disputes brought in small claims court) that are not subject to arbitration.  IF THE HOLDER DOES NOT CONSENT TO THIS CLAUSE, THE HOLDER MUST IMMEDIATELY LEAVE OR NOT ENTER THE ARENA. You have the right to opt out of arbitration under these Terms by sending the Team a personally signed, written notice of your decision to opt out via email to tickets@la-sparks.com within the earlier of the Event date or thirty (30) days after purchase of your ticket.  Such an opt out will not opt you out of an arbitration agreement you might otherwise have with the Arena, Team, and/or WNBA.

The Holder agrees not to create, transmit, distribute, misappropriate or sell (or aid in creating, transmitting, distributing, misappropriating or selling), in any media now or hereafter existing, any description, account (whether text, data or visual, and including (without limitation) play-by-play data), picture, photograph, image, video, audio, livestream or other form of exploitation or reproduction of the Event (collectively, “Event Works”).  Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Holder agrees that by causing this ticket to be scanned upon entry, the Holder shall be deemed to have signed the ticket and granted to the Team and WNBA an exclusive worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to all rights associated with any Event Works.  This ticket may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, gambling or gaming activities, without the express written consent of the Team and WNBA.

This ticket and the Holder’s admission to the Arena are subject to all safety and health requirements and policies relating to the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, collectively, “COVID-19”) put in place by the Team, WNBA, and Arena, including any such policies and requirements described in the Supplemental Terms (collectively, the “Safety Requirements”). The Holder acknowledges and agrees to comply with the Safety Requirements and acknowledges and agrees that attendance at the Event is conditioned on such compliance.

The Holder agrees, on behalf of the Holder and Holder’s Related Persons (defined below), that the Holder and each such other individual will not attend the Event if any such individual has been directed by a healthcare provider or public health authority to quarantine, isolate, or otherwise refrain from interacting with members of the public due to a diagnosis of or exposure to COVID-19 or any illness or other medical condition.

To ensure that all Event patrons agree to, and comply with, all Safety Requirements and all other WNBA, Team and Arena rules, this ticket may not be resold or offered for resale on any platform other than a platform expressly authorized by the Team or the WNBA.  Without limiting the foregoing, any transfer of this ticket to any person who fails to satisfy any Safety Requirement may be voided by the Team and this ticket cancelled.

Breach of any of these terms, failure to comply with Safety Requirements or WNBA, Team and/or Arena rules, or the refunding to the Holder of the Face Value, shall automatically terminate any rights that the Holder may have hereunder; shall render illegal and unauthorized the Holder’s use of the ticket for any purpose; and shall authorize the Team and/or the WNBA to withdraw the ticket, refuse admission to the Arena, or eject the Holder from the Arena, without refund or credit in each case, and subject the Holder to all legal remedies available to the WNBA, Team and/or Arena.

THE HOLDER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 EXISTS IN ANY PLACE WHERE PEOPLE GATHER AND THAT NO PRECAUTIONS (INCLUDING THE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS DESCRIBED ABOVE) CAN ELIMINATE THE RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19.  COVID-19 IS AN EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH.  WHILE PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND HEALTH CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY COVID-19, CERTAIN CATEGORIES OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED BY PUBLIC HEALTH AUTHORITIES AS HAVING GREATER RISK BASED ON AGE AND UNDERLYING MEDICAL CONDITIONS.  THE HOLDER OF THIS TICKET VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH), SICKNESS (INCLUDING ILLNESS AND OTHER RISKS OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19, OR ANY OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS, OR A BACTERIA, VIRUS OR OTHER PATHOGEN CAPABLE OF CAUSING A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS), LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED OR CONFISCATED PROPERTY, AND ALL OTHER HAZARDS ARISING FROM, OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO, THE EVENT (INCLUDING COMPLYING WITH THE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS), WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT, HOWEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER BY NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.

On behalf of the Holder and the Holder’s Related Persons (defined below), the Holder further hereby releases (and covenants not to sue) each of the Released Parties (defined below) with respect to any and all claims that the Holder or any of the Holder’s Related Persons may have (or hereafter accrue) against any of the Released Parties and that relate in any way to (i) exposure to COVID-19; (ii) entry into, or presence within or around, the Arena or the Event (including all risks related thereto) or compliance with any protocols or Safety Requirements applicable to the Event; or (iii) any interaction between the Holder and the Holder’s Related Persons, on the one hand, and any personnel of any of the Released Parties present at the Event, on the other hand, in each case whether caused by any action, inaction or negligence of any Released Party or otherwise.

As used herein:

•	“Related Persons” means the Holder’s heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, next of kin, anyone attending the Event with the Holder or for whom Holder has obtained an Event ticket (which persons the Holder represents have authorized the Holder to act on their behalf for purposes of these terms), and other persons acting or purporting to act on the Holder’s or their behalf.
 
•	“Released Parties” means: (i) the Women’s National Basketball Association and its teams (including the Team), and each of their respective direct and indirect owners, affiliates, players and coaches, administrators, designees, licensees, and other personnel; (ii) the direct and indirect owners, lessees and sublessees of the Arena; (iii) all third parties performing services at the Arena; (iv) AXS Group LLC; (v) any parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and related companies of each of the entities described in clauses (i)-(iv); and (vi) the officers, directors, owners, members, managers, partners, employers, employees, agents, contractors and sub-contractors (and employees of such contractors and sub-contractors), insurers, representatives, other personnel, successors and/or assigns of each of the foregoing entities and persons described in clauses (i) – (v), whether past, present or future and whether in their institutional or personal capacities.

The Holder and the Holder's belongings may be searched upon entry into the Arena and/or other security checkpoints, prohibited items (which may include, without limitation, bags) may be confiscated at the sole discretion of the WNBA, Team and/or Arena, and the Holder hereby consents to the foregoing and waives any related claims that might arise against the WNBA, Team or Arena.  If the Holder elects not to consent, the Holder will be denied entry into the Arena without refund or credit.

The Holder grants permission to the WNBA and Team (and their respective designees and agents) to utilize the Holder’s image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, film, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the Event in any medium, whether now known or hereafter created, or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.  In addition, the Holder grants to the WNBA and Team permission to collect, use, share and store certain Holder facial and other biometric information as permitted by law, including for security purposes.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Holder agrees not to give or offer this ticket in a manner that would constitute a violation of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, any other anti-bribery law or regulation, or any conflicts of interest law, regulation, or policy.

Except as specifically provided herein, if any provision of these terms or the Supplemental Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

In the event of a conflict between AXS’s terms and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will apply.

To ensure that all Event patrons agree to, and comply with, all Safety Requirements and all other WNBA, Team and Arena rules, this ticket may not be resold or offered for resale on any platform other than a platform expressly authorized by the Team or the WNBA.  Without limiting the foregoing, any transfer of this ticket to any person who fails to satisfy any Safety Requirement may be voided by the Team and this ticket cancelled.

Breach of any of these terms, failure to comply with Safety Requirements or WNBA, Team and/or Arena rules, or the refunding to the Holder of the Face Value, shall automatically terminate any rights that the Holder may have hereunder; shall render illegal and unauthorized the Holder’s use of the ticket for any purpose; and shall authorize the Team and/or the WNBA to withdraw the ticket, refuse admission to the Arena, or eject the Holder from the Arena, without refund or credit in each case, and subject the Holder to all legal remedies available to the WNBA, Team and/or Arena.

THE HOLDER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 EXISTS IN ANY PLACE WHERE PEOPLE GATHER AND THAT NO PRECAUTIONS (INCLUDING THE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS DESCRIBED ABOVE) CAN ELIMINATE THE RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19.  COVID-19 IS AN EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH.  WHILE PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND HEALTH CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY COVID-19, CERTAIN CATEGORIES OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED BY PUBLIC HEALTH AUTHORITIES AS HAVING GREATER RISK BASED ON AGE AND UNDERLYING MEDICAL CONDITIONS.  THE HOLDER OF THIS TICKET VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH), SICKNESS (INCLUDING ILLNESS AND OTHER RISKS OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19, OR ANY OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS, OR A BACTERIA, VIRUS OR OTHER PATHOGEN CAPABLE OF CAUSING A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS), LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED OR CONFISCATED PROPERTY, AND ALL OTHER HAZARDS ARISING FROM, OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO, THE EVENT (INCLUDING COMPLYING WITH THE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS), WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT, HOWEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER BY NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.

On behalf of the Holder and the Holder’s Related Persons (defined below), the Holder further hereby releases (and covenants not to sue) each of the Released Parties (defined below) with respect to any and all claims that the Holder or any of the Holder’s Related Persons may have (or hereafter accrue) against any of the Released Parties and that relate in any way to (i) exposure to COVID-19; (ii) entry into, or presence within or around, the Arena or the Event (including all risks related thereto) or compliance with any protocols or Safety Requirements applicable to the Event; or (iii) any interaction between the Holder and the Holder’s Related Persons, on the one hand, and any personnel of any of the Released Parties present at the Event, on the other hand, in each case whether caused by any action, inaction or negligence of any Released Party or otherwise.

As used herein:

•	“Related Persons” means the Holder’s heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, next of kin, anyone attending the Event with the Holder or for whom Holder has obtained an Event ticket (which persons the Holder represents have authorized the Holder to act on their behalf for purposes of these terms), and other persons acting or purporting to act on the Holder’s or their behalf.
 
•	“Released Parties” means: (i) the Women’s National Basketball Association and its teams (including the Team), and each of their respective direct and indirect owners, affiliates, players and coaches, administrators, designees, licensees, and other personnel; (ii) the direct and indirect owners, lessees and sublessees of the Arena; (iii) all third parties performing services at the Arena; (iv) AXS Group LLC; (v) any parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and related companies of each of the entities described in clauses (i)-(iv); and (vi) the officers, directors, owners, members, managers, partners, employers, employees, agents, contractors and sub-contractors (and employees of such contractors and sub-contractors), insurers, representatives, other personnel, successors and/or assigns of each of the foregoing entities and persons described in clauses (i) – (v), whether past, present or future and whether in their institutional or personal capacities.

The Holder and the Holder's belongings may be searched upon entry into the Arena and/or other security checkpoints, prohibited items (which may include, without limitation, bags) may be confiscated at the sole discretion of the WNBA, Team and/or Arena, and the Holder hereby consents to the foregoing and waives any related claims that might arise against the WNBA, Team or Arena.  If the Holder elects not to consent, the Holder will be denied entry into the Arena without refund or credit.

The Holder grants permission to the WNBA and Team (and their respective designees and agents) to utilize the Holder’s image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, film, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the Event in any medium, whether now known or hereafter created, or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.  In addition, the Holder grants to the WNBA and Team permission to collect, use, share and store certain Holder facial and other biometric information as permitted by law, including for security purposes.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Holder agrees not to give or offer this ticket in a manner that would constitute a violation of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, any other anti-bribery law or regulation, or any conflicts of interest law, regulation, or policy.

Except as specifically provided herein, if any provision of these terms or the Supplemental Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

WNBA Fan Code of Conduct

The Women’s National Basketball Association, Los Angeles Sparks, and Crypto.com Arena seek to foster a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable sports and entertainment experience. WNBA Fans have a right to expect an environment where there is No Space For Hate:

Players and fans respect and appreciate each other.
Guests will be treated in a professional and courteous manner by all arena and team personnel.
Guests will enjoy the basketball experience free from and without engaging in disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language, betting-related or other harassment directed towards players or other game participants, and obscene gestures.
Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested.
Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects or attempting to enter the court will be immediately ejected from the arena.
Guests will smoke in designated smoking areas only. Obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing will not be permitted.
Guests will comply with requests from arena staff regarding arena operations and emergency response procedures.

The arena staff has been trained to intervene when necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, or guest services staff member. Guests who choose not to adhere to this Code of Conduct will be subject to penalty including but not limited to, ejection, without refund, revocation of their season tickets, and/or prevention from attending future games. They may also be in violation of local ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution. The WNBA, Los Angeles Sparks and Crypto.com Arena thank you for adhering to the provisions of the WNBA Fan Code of Conduct.

In the event of a conflict between AXS’s terms and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will apply.
