We’ve all been there: The lights dim, your favorite band takes the stage, the crowd rises to its feet...and the guy in front of you stands 6’ 5”. Thankfully for short people, there’s a new app that allows you to upgrade your seats so you can watch the band instead of the backside of a former college basketball player.

Pogoseat is a real-time ticket upgrade service that allows users to find and purchase new seats before and during live events. In addition to concerts at some of the biggest venues in the world, Pogoseat has partnered with all four major North American sports leagues and the NCAA, as well as MLS teams like the LA Galaxy, who debuted the service earlier this year.

All fans have to do to find themselves a better seat is download the app, browse available seats and make their purchase. It’s an easy way to get the most out of your live entertainment experience and Pogoseat also offers VIP upgrades like meet-and-greets, exclusive merchandise and behind-the-scenes tours.

Thanks to a strategic partnership, the technology is in the process of being rolled out at AEG Venues worldwide. These include STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, the Best Buy Theatre in New York and the O2 Arena in London.

The app is currently available for both Android and iOS devices, as well as through the company’s mobile site. For more information on Pogoseat, visit the company’s website.
