Radiohead announce additional summer 2012 North American tour dates

English rock band Radiohead announced additional summer 2012 headlining tour dates in support of their most recent studio album, The King of Limbs. In total eleven new dates were announced, including a Chicago show on June 6 at First Midwest Bank Ampitheatre. You can view a complete list of Radiohead's 2012 tour dates below.

The newly added tour leg begins on May 29 in Mansfield, MA and ends on June 16 in Toronto, ON. The tour dates revolve around Radiohead's headlining slot at the 2012 Bonnaroo Music Festival in Manchester, TN. Also appearing at the music festival will be Phish, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Beach Boys, Bon Iver, Foster The People, Skrillex, and The Civil Wars.

Radiohead's extensive 2012 tour will be in support of their eighth studio album, The King of Limbs. The album was self-released on February 18, 2011. The band announced on February 14, 2011 that they were going to be releasing a new studio album on February 19, but since the album was complete and ready to go, they surprised fans by releasing it one day early.
