Radiohead have expanded their North American tour with a string of new dates in the U.S., Canada and Europe. According to an update to the band’s page at Pollstar.com yesterday (3/6/12), the superstar British alt-rockers have added a dozen new dates, including a pair of gigs in Canada.
Touring in support of their latest album The King of Limbs, the “Creep” hitmakers will perform shows at Montreal's Bell Centre on June 15 (6/15/12) and Downsview Park the following night (6/16/12) in Toronto, ON.
Tickets for the Montreal show range between $73.50 to $83.50, and go on sale at noon Saturday (3/10/12) via Evenko, while seats for the Toronto gig are $81 and go on sale at noon Friday (3/9/12) at Ticketmaster with a pre-sale starting Thursday (3/8/12).
Guest on both shows will be Juno winner Caribou, AKA Dundas, Ont., native Daniel Snaith, who won the "2011 Electronic Album of the Year Juno" for his critically acclaimed record Swim.
According to updated sets posted at Setlists.fm, the band’s shows thus far on the tour have consisted largely of songs off The King of Limbs, as well as tracks from 2007’s In Rainbows, along with a few older tracks.
Their next live date is tomorrow night (3/7/12) in Austin, TX at the Frank Erwin Center.
