Grammy award-winning group Lady Antebellum are marking their calendars for the new year! The trio are set to perform on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2015, live from downtown Nashville. As a special segment on ABC, the performance will take place on Broadway, and they join over 38 total performances and 5½ hours of music. “Being included in such an iconic music event like Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve further strengthens the Music City brand and Nashville as a destination,” Nashville Mayor Karl Dean says in a statement on Friday (Nov. 7). Pop hit-maker and songwriter/producer Gavin DeGraw is also set to perform.

He adds, “We have seen the Jack Daniel’s Bash on Broadway grow tremendously, and its inclusion on a national show is a natural extension of its growth and popularity. Lady A and Gavin DeGraw are great representatives of the music in our city, and we are excited to have them headline the night in Nashville.”

Meanwhile, pop superstar and global phenomenon Taylor Swift is set to perform live from Times Square in New York City.

Earlier this week, Lady Antebellum took the stage at the 48th CMA Awards to perform their smash hit "Bartender," the lead-in to their latest 747 album. They later joined The Doobie Brothers, Hunter Hayes and Jennifer Nettles for a rousing performance of "Listen To The Music" (see above video). Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley co-hosted the telecast for the seventh year running. Miranda Lambert was the night's biggest winner, taking home an impressive four trophies (including Female Vocalist of the Year and Album of the Year for her genre-bending Platinum). Luke Bryan earned his first CMA ever with a surprising Entertainer of the Year win. Blake Shelton, Dierks Bentley, Kacey Musgraves were also big winners.

Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2015 is set to air on ABC on Wednesday, Dec. 31, beginning at 8 p.m. ET. Check your local listings for more.
