Ms. Lauryn Hill joins up with Daniel Bambaata Marley for West Coast tour date

On May 17, Ms. Lauryn Hill will be closing out a West Coast leg of her Ms. Lauryn Hill tour at Club Nokia in Los Angeles. The famed songstress hit San Franciso and Las Vegas with Daniel Bambaata Marley. Marley is one of Ziggy Marley's six children and has been on the come up as an emerging rap and reggae talent.

Lauryn Hill has always had close ties to the reggae genre, both on a musical level and in her personal life. Her tumultuous relationship with Rohan Marley ended in 2009, but blessed them with five children together. Though the couple was never married, their close family ties, and her relationship with Daniel Bambaata Marley's uncle, makes them almost family, and one would hope that a personal relationship would lead to a close-knit stage presence.

Ms. Hill will be taking off from Los Angeles to Australia for six tour dates down under, then jetting back to the states to hit some of the major summer festivals including Free Press Summer Festival and Bonnaroo, then will be touring much of the country throughout the summer months.
