Kick start the musically infused weekend with Sage Francis, Proximity, J.O.B. DJ Gatsby and LMS

Juneteenth | 26th and Welton

This year's annual Juneteenth event will celebrate music, '80s block party style. Five points will be alive with live music, vendors, food, art and more. Performances include: Vintage 3D, The Mighty Nice Band, Gumbo Le Funk, The Plates, Greg Goodloe, Nakira Doss, Midas, DJ Cavem, DJ Mu$a, DJ Top Shelf, Esi Juey, Raw-Rah, Ashley Harper, Disciples of Funk, RobTZ Experience, Will Alston and more! The Get Down | Bar Standard (1037 Broadway)

During the WMS those without a wristband are usually left in the cold, but this year, be up in the mix for free at The Get Down dance party. The DJ roster includes Andy Immerman, DJ Mu$a, SpydaT.E.K., DJ Wushu, Big Styles, and KDJ Above.

SP Double | Gothic Theater (3263 S. Broadway, Englewood)

The Gothic Theater in conjunction with SP Double is known to put together a very successful, locals only showcase, and this Saturday will be a perfect example. The beautiful venue will play host to a set by SP of course, as well as many others: Deejay Elite, Jack Flash, Deejay Louiscide, Ray Reed, Bvggz, That's Trey, and Lil Bad.
