AXS Ticket Back

A valid ticket is required for each person’s (regardless of age) entry (each, a “Holder”) to the venue and to attend the ticketed event (the “Event”). Ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Tickets may not be duplicated, copied, or reproduced in any form. Tickets reported as lost or stolen may not be honored and may not be replaced nor the price refunded. No readmittance. Late ticketing and seating are at the discretion of venue management. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets or tickets purchased from unauthorized third-party vendors. Event dates, times, venue, and capacity are subject to change.
THIS TICKET IS A REVOCABLE LICENSE and admission may be refused upon refunding the face amount of the ticket. The venue may revoke the license and eject or refuse entry to Holder without refund of any portion of the ticket price, for any misconduct, illegal activity or violation of the ticket Purchase Agreement on http://www.axs.com  or of the venue’s terms, conditions, rules, regulations or policies, or violation of any security, health, or safety procedures, including local public health and safety policies and CDC guidelines, which may change at any time as determined by federal, state, or local government agencies or instrumentalities, artists or the promoter, including any quarantine requirements (collectively, “Rules”), all of which Holder agrees to comply with. Event sponsor or venue may be required by Rules to reduce the capacity or may choose to relocate the Event to another venue, with or without notice, and without liability to Holder.
The Event will be presented in accordance with the Rules, which may include changes to capacity, attendance procedures and entry requirements, and other applicable protective measures, as may be required by the Rules. The Holder shall refer to the venue website for the most up-to-date policies, protocols and procedures that the venue may require compliance with or verification of, prior to or as a condition of admission to the venue. Holder agrees to adhere to the Rules including local and http://www.cdc.gov  quarantine requirements and guidelines, if applicable. Each Holder voluntarily assumes all risk of property loss, personal injury, illness and all other hazards, including those arising in connection with the Event, whether prior, during or after the Event.
Certain maximum resale premiums and restrictions may apply. Selling or reselling tickets in violation of any applicable city, county, or state regulations, ordinances, or laws are subject to arrest and prosecution. Persons violating the Event sponsor’s ticket resale policies may face sanctions, including but not limited to cancellation of tickets and loss of future ticket privileges.
Holder may not enter any restricted area or attempt to interfere with the Event. Holder consents to all searches of persons or property as a condition of entry and confiscation of prohibited items. Holder may not bring alcoholic beverages, bottles, cans or containers, laser pointers, irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers), video recording devices or strobe lights onto the premises. Holder agrees not to bring or carry any weapon of any kind into the venue prior to, during, or after the Event.
Promotional items (e.g., shakers, cups, flags, etc.) with commercial slogans or identification are prohibited and no signs, flags, or banners of any size may be affixed to the venue. Holder may not solicit contributions or distribute literature on the premises.
The Event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized or promoted. By attending the Event, Holder agrees that the venue and Event sponsor may utilize Holder’s image, name, voice, likeness, actions and/or statements made by Holder, in any live or recorded video display or other transmission, reproduction, promotion, or marketing of the Event, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without compensation to the Holder. Holder shall not sell, transmit, or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the Event.
Purchase or use of this ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and the Purchase Agreement posted on http://www.axs.com .

AXS has partnered with United Way of Greater Los Angeles to help support communities throughout the United States who have been affected by COVID-19. Together, we’re protecting the most vulnerable. 

United Way’s COVID-19 Relief Efforts 

Help those in need by donating your purchase to charity. By choosing to donate your purchase (instead of using the tickets or receiving a refund), the amount you paid for your tickets (less the processing fee of 3% of the purchase price) will be donated directly to the charity. 

By donating, you agree that AXS will share your contact information with United Way of Greater Los Angeles to provide a donation receipt and communicate with you in accordance with United Way’s policies. United Way is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization recognized by the IRS
