What is AXS Premium?
AXS Premium gives fans direct access to purchasing premium tickets at market value. Ticket prices and supplies of inventories are subject to change based on demand. With AXS Premium, fans can choose the perfect ticket based on their individual preferences. By purchasing tickets directly from AXS (the official event ticketing provider) fans can eliminate the risk of purchasing tickets that may be considered lost, stolen or counterfeit.
Please note that AXS Premium may not be available for all events and may be General Admission depending on venue setup.

Package details and tour production subject to change without notice. Tickets will be distributed via email to the email used for the purchase. Unless noted otherwise, your merchandise items that are included in the package will be available for pickup at the venue the day of the show at the designated VIP check in location (or other designated location at the venue). Pick up on the date of the event only. VIP merchandise must be collected at the venue on the day of the event; any unclaimed merchandise will be considered forfeited without further compensation or recourse. CHECK-IN LOCATION &amp; TIME INFORMATION WILL BE EMAILED OUT BY vipguestservices@cmnevents.com 3-5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DAY OF THE SHOW. If you have not received this 3 days before the show, please contact us immediately (vipguestservices@cmnevents.com). All packages are NONREFUNDABLE &amp; NON-TRANSFERABLE. All sales are final. You must bring a valid PHOTO ID matching the PURCHASER NAME on this order. Those who cannot present a photo ID matching the PURCHASER name on the order will be turned away. You may be required to sign a waiver &amp; release of liability. Use of personal cellphones or cameras is prohibited during the Meet &amp; Greet Experience and/or any other VIP Experience. Non-compliance may result in suspension from the activity or cancellation of professional photos. CMN reserves the right to enforce this option at its discretion. By participating in the VIP Experience, you consent to your image being captured and uploaded to a password-protected website. You acknowledge and agree that you may appear in promotional content related to the show. AXS has partnered with United Way of Greater Los Angeles to help support communities throughout the United States who have been affected by COVID-19. Together, we’re protecting the most vulnerable. 

United Way’s COVID-19 Relief Efforts 

Help those in need by donating your purchase to charity. By choosing to donate your purchase (instead of using the tickets or receiving a refund), the amount you paid for your tickets (less the processing fee of 3% of the purchase price) will be donated directly to the charity. 

By donating, you agree that AXS will share your contact information with United Way of Greater Los Angeles to provide a donation receipt and communicate with you in accordance with United Way’s policies. United Way is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization recognized by the IRS
