We are thrilled to have you on board and are ready to deliver an experience you will never forget! We hope your purchasing process was easy and convenient. You will receive an email approximately one week prior to the event with instructions on how to redeem all elements of your VIP Experience Package. 

NOTE - the VIP program will take place PRIOR to the show. Plan to arrive up to 4 hours before the listed show time. Specific timing and details will be sent via email around 4-7 days prior to the show.

VIP Experience packages are non-transferable. To redeem all elements of your VIP order (other than tickets) you must present your receipt, picture ID, and credit card at the VIP check-in. All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold. Name changes will only be issued at the sole discretion of VIP provider. Provider reserves the right to cancel your package for any reason.

United Way’s COVID-19 Relief Efforts 

Help those in need by donating your purchase to charity. By choosing to donate your purchase (instead of using the tickets or receiving a refund), the amount you paid for your tickets (less the processing fee of 3% of the purchase price) will be donated directly to the charity. 

By donating, you agree that AXS will share your contact information with United Way of Greater Los Angeles to provide a donation receipt and communicate with you in accordance with United Way’s policies. United Way is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization recognized by the IRS
