Von 2010 bis 2016 tourte sie mit Prince um die Welt, als Mitglied von The New Power Generation und 3RDEYEGIRL, und brachte ihren explosiven Funk-Bass-Sound auf die B&uuml;hne, ins Studio und in das unverwechselbare Universum eines der einflussreichsten K&uuml;nstler der modernen Musikgeschichte.<br /><br />2026, zum 10. Todestag von Prince, pr&auml;sentiert Ida Nielsen eine seltene und zutiefst pers&ouml;nliche Live-Celebration seines musikalischen Verm&auml;chtnisses. Ida Nielsen was part of Prince&rsquo;s inner musical circle from 2010 to 2016 and performed with The New Power Generation and 3RDEYEGIRL. MonoNeon was one of the last bassists Prince worked with and later won a Grammy for his contribution to Nas&rsquo; album King&rsquo;s Disease. Cosmo Klein brings Purple for Life, a high-energy Prince celebration between funk, soul, pop and jazz, to the stage.

Gretchen Parlato kehrt mit neuer Musik zur&uuml;ck &ndash; und mit einem Weltklasse-Quartett, in dem der au&szlig;ergew&ouml;hnliche Schlagzeuger Mark Guiliana zu h&ouml;ren ist, eine der einflussreichsten rhythmischen Stimmen seiner Generation. Mit Alan Hampton an Bass und Gitarre sowie Jacob Mann an Piano und Keys vereint das Gretchen Parlato Quartet eine tief verbundene Band.<br /><br />Ihr neues Album &bdquo;The Wise Ones", erschienen bei Edition Records, f&uuml;hrt Gretchen Parlato mit langj&auml;hrigen Weggef&auml;hrten aus ihrer bemerkenswerten k&uuml;nstlerischen Laufbahn zusammen. Gretchen Parlato is one of the most important voices in contemporary vocal jazz; Mark Guiliana is internationally known, among other things, for his work on David Bowie&rsquo;s Grammy-winning album Blackstar. Victor Wooten is a five-time Grammy Award winner and has been named Bass Player of the Year several times by Bass Player Magazine.

Maddi represents a young, experimental voice between pop, avant-garde and new sound systems. Gonzalo Rubalcaba is a multiple Grammy and Latin Grammy Award winner; with Chris Potter, Larry Grenadier and Eric Harland, this is an exceptional all-star formation of modern jazz. Tigran Hamasyan won the Thelonious Monk Jazz Competition and combines jazz, progressive rock and Armenian folk influences into a unique sound.
