JoJo to bring Mad Love Tour to Buffalo

Singer-songwriter JoJo will bring her Mad Love Tour to Town Ballroom on Sunday, April 23 with special guest Stanaj.

The R&B-inspired pop songstress is out on the road supporting her latest studio long-player, Mad Love. The album, her third overall, was released in October 2016 via Atlantic Records. The collection features guest appearances from Wiz Khalifa, Remy Ma, and Alessia Cara. Mad Love debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 and was anchored by the lead single “No Apologies.” Three promotional singles were released from the album: “Mad Love,” “FAB,” and “Music.”

The High Road, the singer’s sophomore studio LP, was released in October 2016 through Da Family Entertainment, Blackground Records and Universal Records. It debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and spawned three singles: “Too Little Too Late,” “How to Touch a Girl,” and “Anything.”

Also on the bill is Stanaj. The soulful pop singer-songwriter and pianist, who was raised in New York City, released hit the recording studio with producer Fraser T. Smith (Adele, Sam Smith) last year and released the Preview EP in August, which showcased the tracks “Romantic” and “Ain’t Love Strange, on Lava/Republic Records.

JoJo released her self-titled debut, which features the critically and commercially successful lead single “Leave (Get Out),” in June 2004. The album reached No. 4 on the Billboard 200 and included two additional singles: “Baby It’s You” and “Not That Kinda Girl.”
