If you're a wrestling fan, you probably saw the NXT TakeOver: Orlando PPV on Saturday night. Held inside the sold out Amway Center, the card featured the debut of Aleister Black, who is best known in the indy circuit as Tommy End. When he arrived to the ring to face Andrade Almas, fans were greeted to a hardcore jam that could've easily started mosh pits in the arena. New York City/Long Island hardcore band Incendiary took to the internet to state they wrote the song with CFO$, who have been creating entrances and program themes for the WWE since 2012.
Today, the entrance theme titled "Root of All Evil" has been officially released for your listening pleasure over on iTunes and Spotify. Incendiary are currently gearing up for the release of their new studio album Thousand Mile Stare, which is set to drop on May 5 on Closed Casket Activities. The 10 track release was produced by Fit for an Autopsy guitarist Will Putney, who has been in the studio with acts such as Every Time I Die, Like Moth to Flames, and Thy Art Is Murder. Yesterday, the act released the new song "Front Toward Enemy". "Root of All Evil" is not featured on the upcoming release. Thousand Mile Stare is the follow p to their 2013 studio album Cost of Living.
Pre-orders for the new record can be made over on Bandcamp. If you're a vinyl lover, the new album will come in three different styles: electric blue with white splatter (300 copies), electric blue with black blob (500 copies), and electric blue (1,000 copies).
Incendiary have a pair of shows coming up for both sides of the country. On May 12, the outfit will have their record release show inside Brooklyn Bazaar. Other acts set to perform include Crime In Stereo, King Nine, and Trail of Lies. On June 9, the band will head to Los Angeles for the Sound and Fury Festival inside the Regent Theater. Trapped Under Ice, Gatecreeper, and Free are among those performing that day. Tickets for both performances are on sale right now.
