The Classic Crime haven't released an album in over five years, but they are finally back with a new single, "Ghost," which is premiering exclusively on AXS. Their newest album, How To Be Human will be released on April 28, and it will be their fifth studio album to date.
"It’s a song about human recklessness and the consequences of it, and how foreign the impact can seem to us," Matt MacDonald, lead vocals and guitar of the band said. "When we are faced with consequences for our actions, we often act as though we’ve been visited by death itself. Our lack of self-awareness makes the reality of truth look like horror. But the silver-lining is that if truth is light, we can find it by the shadow it casts. The shadows, or ghosts, give evidence to the glow.”
The band will also be hitting the road on April 27, starting in their hometown of Seattle and ending May 17 in Atlanta. Take a look at full tour dates and listen to "Ghost," exclusively on AXS below. Preorder their new album, How To Be Human, here.
