About Forest Hills Stadium
Opened in 1923, Forest Hills Stadium originally served as the centerpiece of the West Side Tennis Club and the longtime home of the U.S. Open.¹ Its transformation into a concert venue began in the 1960s, when it hosted legendary acts like The Beatles, Bob Dylan, and Jimi Hendrix.² After a period of dormancy, the venue was revitalized in the 2010s and now features updated amenities while preserving its vintage charm. Today, it stands as one of NYC’s most atmospheric outdoor music venues.
