TICKETING INFORMATION

- AXS Tickets is the official ticket seller for this event. If you purchase Country Fan Fest passes from any other ticketing vendor, we cannot guarantee that they will be valid for entry/redemption.

- If you used a payment plan for processing your order, your wristbands will be sent upon receipt of your final payment.

- To pick-up passes at the Box Office, you MUST bring ID.

- Single-Day Parking will be available to purchase at the General Admission Parking Lot. You can buy your Weekend Parking Pass in the online shopping cart.

- If you need to purchase ADA Parking, please email [email protected].

- 4-Day Child Pass will NOT be shipped. This pass is available as PICK-UP AT BOX OFFICE ONLY. If your child is not between the ages of 5 through 12, your pass will be upgraded to a full price 4-Day General Admission Pass at the gate price. Children 4 and under are free.

- 4-Day Student Pass will NOT be shipped. This pass is available as PICK-UP AT BOX OFFICE ONLY. You MUST show a valid Student ID (High School or College) at the Box Office to pick-up this pass. If Student status can’t be validated, your pass will be upgraded to a full price 4-Day General Admission Pass at the gate price.

- Tooele Admission will NOT be shipped. This pass is available as PICK-UP AT BOX OFFICE ONLY. You MUST validate your Tooele County residency via the address listed on your state ID when you pick up your tickets at the box office. Anyone who cannot validate their residency in this way will need to pay the difference between the gate price for single day tickets and the amount you pay today.

- NO Refunds or Exchanges.

WRISTBAND INFORMATION

To ensure your shipping address is up to date, please log into your account HERE with the account used to purchase and follow the steps below.

1. Once logged in, click on "Orders" on the left-hand side.
2. Click on the order you would like to check or make changes to.
3. Scroll all the way down to Shipping Details and click "Edit" under your current shipping address to make changes.
4. When adding a new address, be sure to press "UPDATE" to save all changes.

Once your wristbands have shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain a tracking number. You can track your package by visiting UPS TRACKING.

If you lose, damage or over tighten your wristband, you will be charged a Wristband Replacement Fee.
