Since they began in 2016, The Colorado Sound has been working to showcase Colorado musicians & bands to listeners around Colorado, the US and the world. And now you can come and celebrate the wonderful music of the Centennial State at the 2nd Annual Colorado Sound Music Awards!

From August 1st (Colorado Day) until September 15th, Colorado Sound listeners will vote for their favorites in five unique categories at ColoradoSound.org. The winners in each category will get announced live at this ceremony! Along with the winners being presented with awards, 3 Colorado bands will perform: Gasoline Lollipops, iZCALLi & 2MX2.

The host of the syndicated radio show The Colorado Playlist, Chris K, will also be recognized for his many years of promoting and supporting Colorado musicians and their music.

This will be a special night where we will celebrate with and show appreciation to all the nominees and other Colorado musicians!

And who knows what special guests may show up?!?
