Sen Senra’s story is one of the most amazing triumphs in music industry’s recent history, especially considering how adverse the circumstances were in the decisive moment that separates his first records from the successful Sensaciones.

In 2019, Sensaciones, his third record and the first co-released by Sonido Muchacho and Universal was out. 14 tracks showed an artist in an absolute state of grace who finally fulfilled the promise hinted in previous efforts. Songs like “Ya No Te Hago Falta” or “COMO el FUEGO” made Senra the true symbol of a new kind of sensibility. A sort of romantic icon for the new generations.

His potential as a bona fide pop-star in spanish didn’t go unnoticed to C. Tangana, who is not only one of Spain’s most international artists but has always proved to have an eye for new talent. The phone call he made to Senra to get to the studio and write together was the initial embryo for Corazón Cromado, mini LP released in 2021 and definitive proof of Sen Senra’s skill for writing and performing.

In Corazón Cromado, besides that collaboration with C. Tangana, Senra introduced himself to the Latin market with another duet, Wu Wu, this time along with Feid. The colombian singer is one of the top global artists in Spanish, regular of the Latin Grammys and his face to face with the Galician artist was an anticipation of his imminent landing in America.

If Feid is the perfect example of this brand new latin pop, then Julieta Venegas has been a classic standard of music from the other side of the Atlantic for more than two decades now. To Senra, singing De ti with the Mexican singer, whom he’s admired since he was a newcomer, was a dream come true and also another slice of his gigantic potential. The perfect final touch for De ti was the presence of Manuel Lara, known for his work with Kali Uchis, as a producer.
