- AXS Tickets is the official ticket seller for this event. If you purchase Country Fan Fest passes from any other ticketing vendor, we cannot guarantee that they will be valid for entry/redemption.
- If you used a payment plan for processing your order, your wristbands will be sent upon receipt of your final payment.
- To pick-up passes at the Box Office, you MUST bring ID.
- Single-Day Parking will be available to purchase at the General Admission Parking Lot. You can buy your Weekend Parking Pass in the online shopping cart.

- 4-Day Child Pass will NOT be shipped. This pass is available as PICK-UP AT BOX OFFICE ONLY. You will receive a barcoded ticket via email that will be exchanged at the Box Office for a wristband. If your child is not between the ages of 5 through 12, your pass will be upgraded to a full price 4-Day General Admission Pass at the gate price. Children 4 and under are free.
- 4-Day Student Pass will NOT be shipped. This pass is available as PICK-UP AT BOX OFFICE ONLY. You will receive a barcoded ticket via email that will be exchanged at the Box Office for a wristband. You MUST show a valid Student ID (High School or College) at the Box Office to pick-up this pass. If Student status can’t be validated, your pass will be upgraded to a full price 4-Day General Admission Pass at the gate price.

- Wristbands will be shipped a few weeks prior to the event to the address entered at the time of purchase. Make sure to double check your shipping address.
