Please note: All events beginning 10/1/2021 will require attendees to show evidence of their full vaccination against COVID-19. Full vaccination means 14 days or more have passed since the attendee has received a single-dose vaccine or the second dose in a two-dose series. Acceptable vaccination documentation may be a physical copy of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, a digital copy of such card or such other proof as is permitted locally. The City of Cambridge Public Health Commission is requiring all attendees to wear a mask while indoors in a public setting. This show is general admission and partially seated. Seating available on a first come, first served basis.
$.25 from each ticket purchased will go to The Shout Syndicate, a Boston-based, volunteer-run fundraising effort who raises money to help fund youth-led arts programs at proven non-profit creative youth development organizations in Greater Boston. Housed at The Boston Foundation, The Shout Syndicate works in partnership with the Mayor's Office of Arts & Culture's creative plan, Boston Creates.
Chris Gethard is the star of "The Chris Gethard Show" and the host of the popular Earwolf podcast "Beautiful Stories from Anonymous People.”
Chris starred in the Mike Birbiglia film, “Don’t Think Twice," and can be seen as ‘Todd’ on Comedy Central’s “Broad City." Other credits include “Inside Amy Schumer,” “Parks and Recreation,” “The Office,” and the film “The Heat.” Chris is also the author of the book A Bad Idea I’m About to Do and his first stand-up album (“My Comedy Album”) debuted at #2 on Billboard’s Heatseekers chart in 2014.
Chris’s one man show, “Career Suicide” (produced by Judd Apatow), premiered on HBO in 2017 after completing a successful off-broadway run at The Lynn Redgrave Theatre in NYC.
Chris’s next book, Lose Well (HarperOne), is due out on October 16, 2018.
