Ambulant Accessible Tickets
IMPORTANT: These tickets are for Ambulant customers only and are not suitable for wheelchair users. If you require wheelchair access, please use the Wheelchair Accessible booking option. 'Ambulant' refers to customers who have accessibility requirements but are able to walk. This may include individuals who can stand but need a personal assistant, can walk but require seating, or require support such as a British Sign Language interpreter. Please note there are no seats available in the Stalls Standing section, and fold out seating will not be permitted due to health and safety reasons.
You need to purchase all your tickets, including Personal Assistant tickets. For information on our Access Scheme CLICK HERE.
Make sure you are selecting the tickets that best meet your access requirements. Please use the Accessibility Requirements filter (located under the artist's name and next to the price filter when viewing the seat map), and check seat descriptions for details such as steps or aisle access before completing your booking. Not all tickets on this link are suitable for every access requirement. CLICK HERE for more information on how to book the correct seats for your needs.
Accessible Tickets cannot be resold or transferred. If you can no longer attend an event, please contact us at least 48 hours before the event to request a refund.

If your access requirements are not met by the online booking system, or if you are not yet registered with Nimbus Access Card you can reach us by emailing the venue at [email protected]. Alternatively, you can call. The phone lines are being temporarily operated by the AXS Contact Centre. To book Accessibility Tickets over the phone please call 0344 581 0808 and select British Airways ARC, Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM.
Please note: The phone line is closed on weekends and bank holidays. This phone line is strictly for accessible customers who are unable to book online. The majority of accessible tickets are available online with only a very limited number held for phone sales during on-sale periods. The phoneline is temporary until the venue moves onto its permanent phone line solution.
