You will receive an email 2-3 days prior to the performance date with instructions on how to redeem your VIP Experience. Additional communication regarding your purchase may be sent via SMS text message to the phone number you provided during the purchase process. VIP programming may take place up to 3-4 hours before show time. Check-in details will also be posted HERE when confirmed.
Exclusive VIP merchandise items will be shipped directly to the address you provide with your order or distributed on-site at the VIP event. If the merchandise is distributed on-site, we cannot ship your items if you choose not to pick them up. Shipped merchandise is not guaranteed to arrive before your show date. By purchasing a VIP package, you agree to share your information with the VIP provider in order to receive communications regarding your VIP experience and to receive VIP merchandise by mail. Any shipped merchandise not claimed within 90 days is subject to availability.
RELEASE: You release, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless,  deadmau5 and its respective members, officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against all claims (known and unknown), liabilities, injuries, death, loss and/or damages of any kind arising from your participation in the VIP Package and/or meet & greet, or the acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the package or any related prizes. You assume all risks associated with the VIP Package or use or misuse of any related prizes, and you agree that the Released Parties will not be responsible or liable for any injury, harm, death, damages, costs, or expenses.

You are purchasing accessible seats.

All tickets purchased in rows 1 through 4 are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and must be used by the ORIGINAL purchaser.  If accessible seating has been purchased fraudulently, transferred or used in violation of venue policy, the purchaser’s ticketed party is subject to investigation, denial of entry, relocation and/or ejection from the venue.

By continuing, you attest that you require, or are purchasing tickets for someone who requires, the features of an accessible seat and further agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. AXS MOBILE ID is the mandatory method of delivery for all seats in this section. Digital tickets will be delivered to the original purchaser’s registered AXS account.
2. Patrons with accessible tickets to Row 1 will be required to enter the amphitheater through the Southeast entrance.
3. All members of the original purchaser’s ticketed party must arrive together at the Southeast entrance for entry into the venue.  Attendees arriving separately from the original purchaser will be denied entry to the venue.
4. A registered AXS Mobile ID or Red Rocks Mobile App will be required for entry at the venue gates. Paper tickets will not be allowed for entry at the gates. 
5. Upon entry at the accessible section entry point inside the venue, all members of the original purchaser’s ticketed party must arrive together.  The original purchaser’s photo ID will be verified and all attendees will be wrist banded to gain admittance to the accessible section. Attendees arriving separately to the accessible seating entry point will be denied entry to the accessible section.
6. Refunds may not be given for any violation of the above terms and conditions
