2016 was a remarkable year for Eric Prydz. On Feb. 5, he released his debut studio album Opus, which topped both the U.S. Dance/Electronic Albums chart and the U.K. Dance Albums chart. His Epic 4.0 event rolled through North America with sold out shows, including three straight performances in New York City. 2017 is already looking to be even better with the producer bringing Epic 5.0 to a sold out Victoria Park in London on May 27. With a capacity of 15,000, this will be his biggest headlining gig to date. He didn't want to leave his loyal fans in North America waiting for another chance to catch him, so yesterday, he revealed dates for a special club tour.
The tour will kick off inside Washington D.C.'s Echostage on Feb. 25, and it will make its way across the country to conclude inside Factory 93 in Los Angeles, California on April 8. For those living in Canada, the producer will make his way to Toronto's Uniun on March 2. The tour will also make a special stop inside Miami's Space on March 25 during Miami Music Week. This trek will see the Sweden native play material from his three aliases: Eric Prydz, Pryda, and CirezD. Tickets for these shows will go on sale to the general public this Friday (Jan. 13) at noon.
Later this month, Eric Prydz will head to Australia to perform at the Electric Gardens Festival. The festival takes over major cities Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth, and it will feature sets from Basement Jaxx, Sasha, and Jamie Jones. You can check out his entire tour routing below.
