For the first time in 2016 Ellie Goulding has released a brand new song, and it's entitled "Still Falling for You." The song came out today (Aug. 19) and it's featured on the "Bridget Jones’s Baby" soundtrack. To coincide with the song's release Goulding, put a 60-second clip of "Still Falling for You" on YouTube, which you can listen to via the video above.
The "Bridget Jones’s Baby" soundtrack will be released on Sept. 16, which is the same day that the movie will come out. The film is a follow-up to the 2004 movie "Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason." Once again, Renée Zellweger will star as the title character.
You don't have to wait for the soundtrack to be released in order to own Ellie Goulding's new single “Still Falling For You." That's because the single's currently available at digital retailers such as iTunes, Google Play, and Spotify.
The song "Still Falling for You" may be the second single Ellie Goulding has put out in 2016, but it's the first brand new song she's released this year. The other single she released in 2016 was "Something in the Way You Move," which is featured on her album Delirium. That album came out last fall and it also features her singles "On My Mind," and "Army."
Over the last year, Ellie Goulding has been touring around the world in support of Delirium. She's been performing headlining concerts, and at major festivals. One of her festival stops was Chicago's Lollapalooza, and while there she put on a stunning performance.
For the rest of 2016, Ellie Goulding only has a handful of concerts left to perform before she takes a break from touring. A complete list of her upcoming tour dates can be viewed here.
