Having built a solid and consistent musical career for over two decades, Beck, has held many titles in music. In February 2014, he released his twelfth studio album, Morning Phase, which was a highly anticipated release. Although recording and producing music since 1993, Beck's gained worldwide success with his single "Loser" pulled from Mellow Gold in 1994, and then his claim-to-fame came in 1996 with his fifth studio album, Odelay, which catapulted Beck into a folk, rock, electronica, funk, soul genre.

From the album Odelay, 'Where It's At' would be the single that provided Beck with his Grammy for Best Male Rock Vocal. Other hits from this critically and fan-acclaimed album were 'Devil's Haircut,' 'Jackass,' and 'The New Pollution.' Shortly after Odelay's release, Beck released Midnite Vultures in 1999, which was a throwback to funk and soul, channeling Prince. A few years later, Sea Change was released, particularly after a rough romantic break-up, which was more slower-paced and much needed for Beck during this time.

Beck's familial background makes for an interesting perspective with his music. His mother, Bibbe Hansen, was a former staple among Andy Warhol and his comrades. His father is an arranger, composer and conductor, whose work has been on many albums and films.

Beck has been a prominent force on the music scene. He takes a break when needed, and comes back in full force when he's ready, and folks are always eager to hear what new tunes he's currently curating. As a producer, he's worked with Charlotte Gainsbourg, Thurston Moore, Stephen Malkmus & the Micks, and soundtracks for Edgar Wright and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World.

Beck is currently signed with Capitol Records, and his newest release, Morning Phase, (a companion piece to 2002's Sea Change) has been a highly anticipated release by several outlets, including Stereogum. He has released 'Blue Moon' and 'Waking Light' from this album.

Furthermore, he has collaborated with Thurston Moore of Sonic Youth, composer Phillip Glass, Childish Gambino, remixed singles for David Bowie and Bjork, among many others. Most recently, he appeared as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live, with host Jim Parsons of The Big Bang Theory. Beck's summer tour begins on July 11 at Uptown Amphitheatre in Charlotte, and ending at Red Rocks in Morrison, CO on August 15. Pre-sale tickets can be purchased HERE.
