Earlier this month, alt-rock superstar Beck announced plans to conduct an 11-date North American tour later this summer. Beginning on July 9, the “Where It’s At” hitmaker will be performing shows in Berkeley, Milwaukee, St. Paul, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Vancouver, Redmond, Portland and Morrison, Colorado’s own Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Tickets for what promises to be one of the summer’s best tours are on sale now.
Although Beck has not released a new album since 2014 Grammy-winning Morning Phase, he has been increasingly active recently. The singer-songwriter released to singles, “Up All Night” and “Wow” in 2016 and he appeared in the 2017 techno-thriller “The Circle.” The man born Bek David Campbell also told Rolling Stone that he planned to release a new album last year, but it was delayed due to production issues. “After the Grammys, we got rid of half of it and started again,” Beck told an interviewer. “It took a while for it to find an identity.”
