TICKET LIMITS
Heartbreakers and Frontier Members Presale Ticket Limit: There is a strict presale limit of four (4) tickets per customer on this event. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice.
This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
General Public Ticket Limit: There is a strict limit of ten (10) tickets per customer on this event. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
ACCESSIBILITY TICKETS
To access Accessible and Companion Card tickets please submit your request to AXS Customer Support via this form.
When submitting your request please include:
* Your name
* Which event you would like to attend (Sydney or Melbourne)
* The quantity and type of tickets requested
* Your accessibility requirements so that we can determine the correct ticket type for you
* A scan or photo of your Companion Card, if requesting a Companion Card complimentary ticket
If you have been issued a Companion Card ticket, you may be required to present your Companion Card at the festival on event day.
