To book Accessibility Tickets over the phone please call 0344 581 0808 and select British Airways ARC, Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM. Please note: The phone line is closed on weekends and bank holidays. This phone line is strictly for accessible customers who are unable to book online. The majority of accessible tickets are available online with only a very limited number held for phone sales during on-sale periods. The phoneline is temporary until the venue moves onto its permanent phone line solution.

IMPORTANT: These tickets are for Ambulant customers only and are not suitable for wheelchair users. If you require wheelchair access, please use the Wheelchair Accessible booking option. 'Ambulant' refers to customers who have accessibility requirements but are able to walk. This may include individuals who can stand but need a personal assistant, can walk but require seating, or require support such as a British Sign Language interpreter. Please note there are no seats available in the Stalls Standing section, and fold out seating will not be permitted due to health and safety reasons.

United Way’s COVID-19 Relief Efforts 

Help those in need by donating your purchase to charity. By choosing to donate your purchase (instead of using the tickets or receiving a refund), the amount you paid for your tickets (less the processing fee of 3% of the purchase price) will be donated directly to the charity. 

By donating, you agree that AXS will share your contact information with United Way of Greater Los Angeles to provide a donation receipt and communicate with you in accordance with United Way’s policies. United Way is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization recognized by the IRS
