By participating in any event with Modest Mouse, you hereby agree that your name, photographic and/or video image, and voice may be used in any media, whether now known or hereafter invented, throughout the world for any purpose whatsoever. You will receive an email 2-3 days prior to the performance date with instructions on how to redeem your VIP Experience. Additional communication regarding your purchase may be sent via SMS text message to the phone number you provided during the purchase process. VIP programming may take place up to 3-4 hours before show time. 
Exclusive VIP merchandise items will be shipped directly to the address you provide with your order or distributed on-site at the VIP event. If the merchandise is distributed on-site, we cannot ship your items if you choose not to pick them up. Shipped merchandise is not guaranteed to arrive before your show date. By purchasing a VIP package, you agree to share your information with the VIP provider in order to receive communications regarding your VIP experience and to receive VIP merchandise by mail. Any shipped merchandise not claimed within 90 days is subject to availability. 
RELEASE: You release, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, Modest Mouse and its respective members, officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against all claims (known and unknown), liabilities, injuries, death, loss and/or damages of any kind arising from your participation in the VIP Package and/or meet & greet, or the acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the package or any related prizes. You assume all risks associated with the VIP Package or use or misuse of any related prizes, and you agree that the Released Parties will not be responsible or liable for any injury, harm, death, damages, costs, or expenses.

What is AXS Premium?
AXS Premium gives fans direct access to purchasing premium tickets at market value. Ticket prices and supplies of inventories are subject to change based on demand. With AXS Premium, fans can choose the perfect ticket based on their individual preferences. By purchasing tickets directly from AXS (the official event ticketing provider) fans can eliminate the risk of purchasing tickets that may be considered lost, stolen or counterfeit.
Please note that AXS Premium tickets do not include any VIP items or activities.

Interstate Parking and Pabst Theater Group have partnered to offer special discounted rates for ticket buyers.
Parking passes must be purchased in advance of the show date.
Each structure or lot is open parking&hellip; just pull in, display your pre-purchased parking pass on your dashboard and head right to the show! Parking is available beginning 2 hours prior to the show start time and good for up to 6 hours.
Parking passes must be displayed clearly on your dashboard prior to entering the show.
Please note: If you select will call pick-up for your ticket(s), you will need to pick up your ticket(s) and parking pass from the box office and return to your car to display the parking pass on your dashboard.

AXS has partnered with United Way of Greater Los Angeles to help support communities throughout the United States who have been affected by COVID-19. Together, we’re protecting the most vulnerable. 

United Way’s COVID-19 Relief Efforts 

Help those in need by donating your purchase to charity. By choosing to donate your purchase (instead of using the tickets or receiving a refund), the amount you paid for your tickets (less the processing fee of 3% of the purchase price) will be donated directly to the charity. 

By donating, you agree that AXS will share your contact information with United Way of Greater Los Angeles to provide a donation receipt and communicate with you in accordance with United Way’s policies. United Way is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization recognized by the IRS
