Those clamoring for new music from Asking Alexandria don't have to wait any longer. Yesterday they released a brand new track entitled "The Black," and today (Feb. 1) they put out an official music video for that song. The official "The Black" music video was directed by Ramon Boutviseth, and it can be viewed above.
Asking Alexandria's "The Black" music video goes between being black and white, and in color. In most of the video the band is seen performing in a big, white room. Between scenes of them performing are quick shots of a girl smearing what appears to be blood all over her body, and religious symbols.
The song "The Black" is the title track from the band's upcoming fourth studio album. It'll be the first album Asking Alexandria will release with new vocalist Denis Stoff. Last year he took the place of Danny Worsnop, who was one of the original members.
Over the weekend the band revealed the official tracklist for their new album. Some other songs on it are titled "I Won't Give In," "Sometimes It Ends," and "Just A Slave To Rock 'N Roll." The album The Black will be released on March 25. It'll be the follow-up to their 2013 album, From Death to Destiny.
This month Asking Alexandria will tour around the U.S. with Bullet For My Valentine. The 2016 British Invasion Tour kicks off tomorrow, Feb. 2 in San Diego. Tickets for all dates are already on sale.
