British metal band Asking Alexandria have released a new song titled “Here I Am” taken from their upcoming album The Black. Previously, the band unleashed “I Won't Give In,” “Let It Sleep,” “Undivided” and the title track to give fans a taste of the new LP. You can listen to the new track in the video above.
The Black comes out March 25 via Sumerian Records. This marks the first album featuring new vocalist Denis Stoff. Stoff replaced former singer Danny Worsnop when he announced his departure from the band last year to focus on his new group We Are Harlot. Speaking about parting with Worsnop guitarist Ben Burce says: "We hadn't reached our destination yet, and Danny had. I think it was necessary. When it happened, I was devastated. I lost my best friend. We even started referring to this part of our career as 'the black period.' It was the darkest time, but we weren't going to give up. If he hadn't left, I don't think we would've been as inspired as we were. I also don’t think Asking Alexandria would still be around. Instead, we're more excited than ever about this band."
