Fans of Robert Glasper Experiment will know Derrick Hodge as the phenomenal bassist and anchor of the genre-bending, Grammy award-winning band.

UK audiences recently enjoyed Derrick on tour with Robert Glasper ‘churning out hip hop bass lines reminiscent of those produced by the late J Dilla’ (musicOMH). Building on the success of the tour Derrick is back in the UK to share music from his debut Blue Note album Live Today. The music is a culmination of all Hodge’s experiences working with various jazz and R&B artists including Glasper and Terence Blanchard.
