AEG Live and Powerhouse proudly present one of the most popular Korean Hip-hop duo, Leessang.

Leessang released its first album in 2002 and went on to release seven more albums up to date. In 2011, the duo released its seventh album, Asura Balbalta, which brought them roaring success on various K-Pop music charts.

Leessang, consisting of vocalist Gil and rapper Gary, is well known for its active participation in various variety shows such as Running Man and Infinite Challenge; and collaborations with other artists such as Tiger JK, Yoon Mirae (Tasha), Dynamic Duo and Eun Ji Won.

Unique in its style, Leessang pursues a mellow yet distinctive genre of music that exhibits a balanced harmony of vocal and rap. In addition, the duo is known for its expressive and insightful lyrics that often describe the passionate emotions felt by those experiencing love or heartbreak. Many of Leessang’s lyrics are written in Korean, showing the essence of an ‘indigenous hip-hop.’
