Stray Kids is an 8-member K-pop boy group from JYP Entertainment that debuted through the 2017 Mnet reality program Stray Kids. They’re a versatile group able to produce, sing, rap, and dance, who have made consistent releases after their debut, having self-written and self-produced a total of 43 tracks so far. In addition, the boys have gone on to win 11 rookie awards and have been nominated for a variety of additional honors.
The name “Stray Kids” derives its meaning from the idea that the group is unconstrained by any stereotypical pattern, and expresses their aim to pave their own path with unmatched individuality and freewheeling charm. The group goes against the grain by showcasing their unique color and authenticity through their music.
