After three and a half years of sold-out shows and national success, and in the middle of their “Year of the Mother” national tour, comedian/musician Shayna Ferm and her sidekick, MC Doula (Tracey Tee), are once again taking over the Gothic Theatre to host their infamous evening of comedy, music, prizes, drinking, swearing and parental commiseration in celebration of Mother’s Day. Due to overwhelming demand, this year’s event will include two shows, an early (6pm) and a late show (8:30pm). The dance party will begin at 10:15pm, and all ticket holders (from the early or late show) are welcome!

"The Pump and Dump" is a raucous, hilarious evening full of validation and celebration for beleaguered moms everywhere. The show includes all original music, audience participation and games, awesome prizes (ie. WINE!), and parental commiseration -- created to give moms the best night out they’ve had since before they had children.  Additionally, this extra special evening will showcase some of Denver’s most talented mamas as special surprise guests.

There will also be a GIFTING SUITE at each show offering FREE products to everyone in the audience from Neat Cheeks, Kind Bar, Wella and more!

“This is one night when we can all go out, let our hair down, and come home a little late, because for one day a year someone else can take care of the kids the next morning,” says Tracey Tee. “The goal of this show is to provide the best night possible for Denver area moms and their friends.”

The Pump and Dump has been running in Denver, CO, since October of 2012 and has residency at Comedy Works South at The Landmark. Comedy Works Entertainment is producing their fourth annual Mother’s Day Eve Event. In addition to their 17 city "Year of the Mother" Tour, Ferm and Tee are also monthly contributors to TheBump.com and HuffPost Parents.
