Formed in 1998, Massachusetts’ All That Remains play melodic metalcore. The band has released seven full-length studio CDs, the latest of which is titled The Order of Things, issued by Razor & Tie. The album was recorded and produced by Josh Wilbur. The artwork is based on an upward view of the ceiling of the Pantheon found in Rome, Italy. Members of All That Remains are Philip Labonte on vocals, Mike Martin and Oli Herbert on guitars, Aaron Patrick on bass, and Jason Costa on drums.
Founded in 2012, Tennessee’s Devour the Day play a mix of hard rock and nu metal. The band’s debut full-length studio CD is titled Time & Pressure issued by Fat Lady Music. Members of Devour the Day are Joey “Chicago” Walser on guitar, bass, and backing vocals; and Blake Allison on lead vocals, drums, and rhythm guitar (live). Touring members are Ronnie Farris on drums and David Hoffman on guitar.
Formed in 2015, Audiotopsy play alternative metal—the band has members from Skrape, Mudvayne, and Hellyeah. The band’s debut full-length studio CD is titled Natural Causes, issued by Napalm Records. Members of Audiotopsy are Billy Keeton on vocals, Greg Tribbett on guitar, Matthew McDonough on drums, and Percy Stern on bass.
Formed in 2013 and hailing from Texas, Sons of Texas play Southern-styled groove metal. The band’s debut full-length studio CD is titled Baptized in the Rio Grande, issued by Razor & Tie. Members of Sons of Texas are Mark Morales on vocals, Mike Villarreal on drums, Nick Villarreal on bass, and Jon Olivares and Jes De Hoyos on guitars.
