You Tube

Jackson Browne has been a part of the music world since 1972, when he released his first self-titled album. That was 42 years ago, and on Oct. 6, he will be releasing his 14th album. The upcoming album will be titled Standing In The Breach, and to support the new album, Browne has announced a tour with solo acoustic and full band stops in the U.S. and U.K. The fall shows with Browne and his band begin on September 14 at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. and end on November 24 at London's Royal Albert Hall. Accompanying Jackson on the road this fall are longtime band mates Val McCallum, Mauricio Lewak, Jeff Young and Bob Glaub, with the addition of acclaimed multi-instrumentalist Greg Leisz.

In 2004, Jackson Browne was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. At the Induction Ceremony, Browne performed his huge hit from 1977, "Running on Empty." Other Rock Hall inductees in 2004 included Bob Seger, George Harrison and Prince. Browne's last album, Time the Conqueror, was released in September of 2008. The following is a list of when and where Browne will be performing, both solo and with his band.
