ATP Finals Biography

The 2016 edition saw the season finale attract its two millionth fan since moving to London in 2009. Fans witnessed Andy Murray seal a storybook conclusion to his 2016 campaign, assuming the mantle of year-end No. 1 in the Emirates ATP Rankings after he dethroned rival Novak Djokovic 6-3, 6-4 in last year’s gripping final to win his first ATP Finals title.
Staged from Sunday 12 November to Sunday 19 November 2017, using a round-robin format, players will compete in a minimum of three matches each during the group stages as they battle for a berth in the knockout semi-finals. Each session will include one world-class doubles match, which sets the stage for a Top 8 singles clash.
